Traveled with family for a weekend trip. Took my daughter and granddaughters shopping. First stop was Nordstrom, bought myself some OC Tennis shoes. Bought my daughter some boots. When we arrived home 2 1/2 hours later, she noticed they were two different boots. I emailed the store manager Teri Penrod several times and as of date, no one has returned my call. Shoe department needs to make sure the shoes are the same size and same shoe before final sale. These shoes were bought the Thanksgiving weekend and no response from Nordstrom since December 2. Don't know what else to do?

I was so lucky to meet Elly today, she is the most helpful and nicest person I've ever met in a boutique, she's amazing thank you Elly for helping me choose my carry on luggage and additional bags for my travel plans, happy holidays :) top notch shopping expert.

Sooo disappointed! I ordered 2 items from Nordstrom's this last week and one item was no longer available after card charged and order placed and the other was lost in transient and refund. The customer service lady was horrible on the phone. Nordstrom's standards have sunk so bad I just can't shop there any more.

Terrible staff. Treated me like I was living dirt. Walked around the cologne section and guess I didn't look rich enough to be helped. The Girls walked past me too many times when I was looking to buy several bottles just to help every person who wasn't me. Eventually a man came over to help me. They didn't have any good deals. And if they did, I'd shop somewhere that treated me like a human being. Was having a good day before being treated like that. Disgusting.

We had the best experience ever yesterday at Nordstrom. The associate that helped us in men's shoes was terrific. I believe his name was Michael. We bought a pair of On brand shoes about 6 weeks ago and one se got a hole in the mesh of the toe. We love the shoes and have several pairs from the brand and from Nordstrom. However, this particular shoe must've had a sewing issue or something because it was obvious the shoes still looked new. Michael didn't hassle us as all. He exchanged the shoes on the spot without a box. He looked up the receipt in the computer and we left with the new shoes. And we are still in shock at the amazing service we received from him and from Nordstrom. It is truly appreciated and we will definitely be loyal customers in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

This is my favorite Nordstrom because BELLA in men's shoes is always knowledgeable about trends and comfort, plus correct fit. I'm always in a hurry, so getting in and out of the shoe department is very helpful. BELLA (the girl with the tattoos) is the best!

We had a great shopping experience with Deborah from the Baby Department from start to when we checked out. She was knowledgeable about every detail of the car seats and strollers. She gave suggestions for a first time mother and her recommendation as a grandma. We ended up going with a NUNA car seat which she was able to send it to our address!

Another disappointing Nordstrom experience. I couldn't find an employee, they seem extremely understaffed. I carried around my clothes for about 10 minutes looking for someone to open a fitting room for me. Finally, a girl on her break (I assume, she had just come out of an employees only door) said she would let the employee know who was working at the register to open a fitting room. After being in the waiting area of the fitting rooms for about 5 more minutes, someone finally came around. she didn't ask me if I needed help, I had to ask her to open a fitting room for me. She didn't help me with my armload of items. Customer service isn't what it used to be... This is my 3rd experience like this at a Nordstrom this year. I used to work in retail and we were always instructed to start rooms for people, offer to grab sizes for them, place their items in their rooms for them. Thankfully Debbie came around and checked on me, offered to mark down a sale item that had sold out in the size I needed. If it weren't for her, this would've been a 1 star review!

Just finished a shoe tying lesson for my young children with Sean at the Nordstrom Kids Shoes in Fashion Island. He is so patient and makes it so fun for the kids! Thanks Sean!

For years Nordstrom has been a pillar of amazing customer service . Other companies , like In n Out for example , would actually use Nordstrom as an example of excellent customer service. Those days are apparently Loooonnnnggg gone ! This place is atrocious. I went on their website and ordered a cologne for my son . He had homecoming around the corner and I wanted him to smell amazing . As soon as I placed the order I realized I had ordered the wrong one .. it was Spicebomb Night Vision he loved . Infrared , the one I ordered , he hated . The next day I called to cancel the order so that I could order a new one . The guy on the phone told me that even though they hadn't shipped my order , there were absolutely NO cancellations or alterations . I asked if I could return or exchange once I picked up the order . He said absolutely not . He said the item I bought was on sale and once I pushed the button .. I OWNED IT !! Not even Amazon offers service that horrible I wrote it off as a loss and instead went to Sephora and had a delightful young lady helped me get the correct fragrance and assured me that even after opened , if my son didn't like it I could absolutely return it . Good for them ! They earned a lifetime customer and Nordstrom lost one . Now I am stuck with a $100 dollar fragrance that smells like BO . Never again will Nordstrom get a penny from me !! BTW adding to my anger , when i went to pick up my order the girl after the transaction was completed told me if I never came to pick it up , they would have refunded my money . To hell with Nordstrom !!!

The Manager Whitney in TBD has the ultimate Nordstrom culture service. Very pleased. I had a little bit of a issue and she handled it so nicely. Even assured me that if I ever needed anything to let her know. Whitney even appreciated the feed back. I appreciated her professionalism. Thanks again.

I had no idea you could order things from Nordstrom and the shipping's FREE. I saw online a Creuset grill for 40% off on their website so I walked in hoping to buy it from them. They didn't have it in stock at the store but offered to order it and ship it to my house. I got it within a week. I think this is how I'm shopping at Nordstrom from now on.
