Horrible banking service. Made an online appointment 2 weeks ago to open an account with a gentleman named Leonard. The bank even sent me a reminder a few days before the appointment. My husband and I went to the bank for our appointment only to find out that Leonard was out of the office and will be for a few more weeks. And although the bank was empty and there were 4 people just sitting in their offices, no one could assist us until an hour away. You have got to be kidding. No one would honor the appointment that was set by the bank. The people all just sat in their offices rather than providing customer service. No plans in ever going there again. Will be opening my account elsewhere.

I have been a chase customer for over 18 years and never had any complaints until the mistreatment I received today from Leonard at this branch. As a business owner and a minority, I am astonished at how anyone can be so unprofessional and lack a human touch. I had a call scheduled with him, and not only did he not show up or respond to my email, he blatantly did not show any remorse for his lack of professionalism. The bank manager Katherine was out of the office, so I spoke to Sharon, who was kind, professional, and apologetic for the experience I just had and assured me that the bank manager would be calling me on Monday.

We have a vacation rental business a few blocks away and use Chase Private Client Services at this location when we are in the area. The customer service couldn’t be better...the even know our names. Working with Sharon H. today to notarize some paperwork and noticed they only had one review- so here you go....If your looking for the best bank in CDM, look no further than Chase Bank!

Who thought a Bank could get 5 stars? C'mon. However, i have used all the banking services (home loan/private client/investments...and have interfaced with all the people from GM to the folks working the floor. It's as close to a small town country bank as one can find in Corona del Mar. With at least 10 other banks on our short two mile strand on PCH, the people here have been difference makers.

Yo! Was in town on vaca.. needed a large withdrawal among other things. Just wanted to give Big props to the teller lady Anastasia.. not only did she answer all my questions with ease and handle my transactions smoothly but She was also very cool and had a mellow vibe that made me feel welcomed even with tensions being high because of the wait I'm guessing. The manager was kind of freaking out as well as the other tellers but She wasn't stressed at all and just handled it. Overall the branch was ok I guess but seemed as she was holding the team together. I Highly recommend you request Anastasia for any of your banking needs.

The tellers here suck and are not helpful at all. They pretend like they want to do something for you but at the end of the day they never do. A new chase opened in crystal cove and I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business there instead of this branch. It's not worth dealing with them and the inefficiencies

Swear to god! This just happened ! I went into this chase bank and asked to withdraw a couple thousand dollars. The lady that worked there actually told me that THEY (yes the bank ) didn't have enough money!!! I only asked for 4 thousand dollars! What the ?!? R u kidding me?!? I mean REALLY! So what is the point of you being a bank ? PATHETIC!!!!

The "teller" with brown hair and visible tattoos has absolutely no customer service skills. She had a lot of attitude in her tone of voice when speaking with customers. The gentlemen in front of me was asking questions, her responses were short and snippy -all while rolling her eyes. I completely understand being annoyed with people, but being rude and disrespectful is unacceptable.

I don't know why there are bad reviews (though they seem to be 2 years old, so maybe management at this branch changed), but I've always had good service here and never been disappointed. Eric was very helpful the first time I came into the branch, and the manager (I forget her name now) was extremely nice and provided notary services for us. Great location right on my way to work at Newport Center. So, I'm a satisfied customer!

There is zero accountability at this branch, and they will be rude to you, interrupt you, outright lie, and then hang up on you when you try to speak to the manager on the phone about their wrongdoings. Do not bank here. There are plenty of other banks to choose from that won't treat you like dirt.
