My son bought a sunglasses as a Christmas gift for his Dad, after one week his Dad back from Hawaii, he found this new sunglasses is broken, my so went there to make an exchange, Sunglasses Department manager charged him another half price for exchange, we thought this is not reasonable, then try to talk with manager, she said my Son didn't have receipt, I told her she can find purchase record because my so use debit card, she refused to do it and said we have bad attitude, call us go out and threatened us call security come in, we said ok, you can call anybody come here, she called Macy's worker came in, we explained everything to Macy's worker, she told us salesperson had right to get us out because she thought us had attitude to her. I had 20 years experience in Macy's, never happened like this. It's really disappointed.

I thought I was at a department store not a dog park. Four dogs fighting barking, carrying on in the middle of a department store. Really. Dogs are great when they're at home in your house not running around my feet barking while I'm trying to shop. And yes, for all of you people that think I'm a dog hater. I do have a dog I just don't go shopping with him.

Shahia went above and beyond for me , she help find a very hard perfume, and she didn't give up until she found it , thank you for your customer service and thank you Macys for hiring people like her , who love their job

I was trying to exchange 2 new pants that my son purchased here 2 weeks ago. They were the wrong size. I was denied to exchange them since I didn't have the receipt They had The original tags and they were still on the original bag. The gentleman refused to give me credit or an exchange. No options . I went to the Macys store in Rancho Cucamonga close to my work . They were nicer about it. I will not be coming back to this store.

I rarely write reviews however in this case I will. I accompanied my wife buying a dress. Very nice store, great people, great selection and, be yet, a nice seating area.

As I was walking though Macy's in Fashion Island today, a super cute pair of Ugg slippers caught my eye. I went to the counter, and was immediately greeted and helped by a very friendly young lady with long dark hair. I don't recall her name, but she was very nice, and brought out the shoes I wanted really quick. My experience at this Macy's today, is the level of Macy's customer service that I am used to. So many Macy's locations have really bottomed out in regards to customer service. Maybe this one is so good because it's Orange County, I don't know, but thank you to the dark haired girl that helped me today.

Great location. Great merchandise in stock, great pricing. The staff in every department I went to was super polite, nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I visited the jewelry, mens fashion, womens shoes and had a great experience. There is parking right outside of the store.

Came here with my wife today and was told after I was in the store for 5 min to put a mask on while my wife who was doing the shopping didn't have one on. When the gentleman told me to wear mask I asked him about the woman who was purchasing & her 3 kids oldest was about 10 rhat didnt have masks on and he just blew me off. Sounds like discrimination as I have a bunch of tattoos.

terrible service. for starters 2 employees weren't wearing masks and were coughing EVERYWHERE. the lady who rang me up counted the money i gave her wrong and kept demanding i give her more money even though i gave her the right amount. i asked her to count again and after she realized her mistake demanded i give her the exact change and tried giving me money back.. i told her i did not have the exact amount in coins and she got flustered. if you can't do math, why are you at a register? some other customers asked her a question and she told them to go ask someone else. first and last time i shop at a bloomingdale's.

I had the most pleasant shopping experience in the jewelry department. Salpy Sakayan was the perfect sales colleague. Near and available without hovering and badgering. She showed us several pieces. When we were kind of thinking of buying this particular piece, she told us about the discounts and we decided to buy the piece. She offered further incentives but we were not interested in them for our own reasons. Pleasant, professional, informative, what more does one need than Salpy Sakayan. (I am only sorry that it took me a couple of weeks to review...holiday shopping and all!)

I fell in love with a Polo jean jacket in the cut, color and style I've been looking for almost 2 years. Since the jacket was on sale, I asked the sales team to put it on hold for me. Bita placed a sign on the jacket so no one touches it. Sweet! But Romina took the initiative to walk over to ask her Manager if they can hold the jacket for 2 days. Now that, my fiend is excellent customer service. She went out of her way to make sure I, the customer, was heard. That's all I needed. She came back and gave me the biggest smile ever because got Andy, her warm and friendly manager to say YES with the extra 30% sale price. Thank you Romina, Andy and Bita! You guys know how to make a long time Macy's customer feel like special!
