Tyler Parker and Lewis Rosensitto are terrific bankers. Lewis has been great to work with on my mortgage and Tyler's been incredibly helpful on setting up a new primary bank account with their team. Everyone I've worked with is very adept and extremely responsive.

Tyler Parker and his team here run a top notch operation. Paula, Brian, Yeno, Elia, Elizabeth, or Tyler, roll the dice and you'll be happy with your banker. If you want to send a wire, email them the instructions and it gets done after a quick call, where else does it happen that easy? Anything you need gets done right away, and if you ever have a problem which is bound to happen after years of banking somewhere, they have the autonomy to address it and know the people around the organization to get things done. Everything else is so easy, no limit on mobile deposit I believe. They promise next day processing if it's before 4pm I believe, but last Friday I deposited a check like 11am Hawaii time and it posted to my balance the same day. That doesn't always happen but the fact that it ever happened is kind of wild to me. Anyway, the whole company is fantastic, everyone you meet is nice and they actually genuinely care about giving you the best possible service. My only complaint is that First Republic is not in more places. Please open up in Hawaii, Arizona, Idaho, and more place in Florida. Thanks :)

Always hands down service in every branch is so authentic and so personal just like how banking should be. I feel like I I have a million bucks which I don't haha! Today, Paula was extra fast so delightfully pleasing. I was just asking about a certain service and in less than 3 minutes she had it installed -as in lightning fast! Thank you so much Paula :).

If you want to find someone who wants to work a bit and I say just a little bit for you and have an answer well don t choose this bank . I m still waiting but actually no more. I will tell them work it if you want have my money.
