Typically I love shopping at Francesca’s but I have got to say the worker with the wavy hair and glasses was so rude to my sister and I. She seemed warm and kind to everyone who was white and then to my sister and I she was very bland and would look at us funny constantly. When she rang us up she was very stuck up and unfriendly. Sadly won’t be coming back to this store I’ll stick to shopping online (: great stuff though but her attitude was just not it.

My best friend and I went in today and had a great time. One of the woman that worked there, Sammy, was extraordinarily helpful. She found sizes for us, let us know all the deals and mark offs, and even went to the back to find suggested clothing that we loved. Thank you so much Sammy! Highly recommend this cute store and the awesome customer service too!

Great womens clothes and accessories. One of the few places in fashion island that was open after covid which was appreciated as well. Friendly staff and generous sales.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but the last time I was in and today just made me really want to give a shout to these girls! love this store. Especially this location though. Natalie is an amazing and helpful sales person. She even gave me recommendations where I could go for lunch to with my girl friends! Ask for her, she really knows what she is doing! I was also in here during Father's Day weekend it was extremely busy that morning but Nicole still found time to greet me and help me find a gift for my father! She actually picked out the golf style water bottle. He absolutely loved it! As far as the prices goes, there reasonable and the styles are very bohemian and beachy! There always having great sales and deals! If you haven't been in the store you should take look next time you're at fashion island!

The boutique is very small so it looks like it wouldnt have a lot of good options, which almost made me leave empty handed. They workers welcomed me in and were so genuine and really made me feel cared for/welcomed. They were so sweet about asking me if i wanted to have my items held at the front, even when i had one thing in my hands they were very helpful with holding it for me since i wanted to look around more. Especially for Christmas it was tough to put things together for everyone on my list and they helped me put together the cutest gift baskets for friwnds and family!! The team was so sweet n cute, one specifically really stood out and helped me! I think her name was Alison but I’m bad with names, she welcomed me in and really helped me with all of my gifts that everyone loved! I think the only thing that really happened was it got busy when i was in and i didn’t get to talk to the girls more!! Otherwise the experience was amazing.

I hate to leave this review because the girls weren't rude BUT I felt like they thought I was there to steal something. I was asked in a span of 30 seconds if they could hold my items up front. I had one pair of earrings for god sakes. The store is very small and there were 3 associates at the time. I'm sure you can each stand on either sides of the store and see everyone's every move. There is no need to follow them around the store or ask more than once if you can hold my items up front. Sadly I was going to buy something but I felt so bad that I decided to walk out. Trust me, I know people steal and it's unfortunate that we all have to pay for that but making customers feel uncomfortable isn't the solution.

This is by far the worst location of all the Francesca's customer service was terrible rude didn't even help or tell me the sales or anyting poor selection and terrible terrible customer service

This is a store for women that my GF loves. She goes here to get jewelery for her outfits. There's a lot of girl power going on here... Rainbows, unicorns, play on word wine cups... Etc not exactly my kind of store, but then again I'm not a girl so this review is purely based on my GF to the store which seems to be very positive indeed... I guess keep up the good work ? And unicorns?

The sales staff here are always so friendly, personable and chatty. The store has great options and it's small enough where you are not overwhelmed by too much stuff. Great place to buy cute dresses!
