Do not buy a Used Car from this dealership, they sold me a lemon and they have had the car in service for months now. They give you the run around and keep the car until you are calling to beg them for status. The absolute worst customer service. I believe there are new owners, so everything has gone downhill. Go somewhere else to buy a USED Range Rover.

I recently bought a vehicle from Newport Beach Jaguar and they were amazing! Every member of the team that I interacted with were welcoming, knowledgable, professional, and friendly! I also love that I didn't feel pressured.It started when from when I walked in and met my Sales Consultant (Alan) and kept going. If you're in the market for a Jaguar or Range Rover, this is your place. I'll definitely be back to buy again.

#1:Purchased a 2023 Range Rover here August 24th ($130K).This is my 3rd Range Rover.Sales person assured me they would get the excess mileage charge waived on my lease return.3 weeks later , no one is returning my calls.#2:JLR North America claimed the rear hatch was missing on my lease inspection return.They attempted to charge me $1K for the missing hatch. I called JLR and they said to show the salesperson the hatch when I dropped it off at JLR Newport Beach.I dropped it off and the salesperson assured me he saw the hatch.2 Weeks later I get a bill for the missing hatch.I go back to JLR Newport Beach and the same salesman says he has no idea what I am talking about.Stay away from this place.

I recently purchased a car here through Jonathan, who was absolutely fantastic 10/10. He was professional, welcoming, and delivered on every aspect of the purchasing experience. He kindly sent me pictures of my car prior to pick up. He was respectful of my time, knew I was in a hurry and did everything he could to get me out in a timely manner. My spouse and I enjoyed talking to him and felt at ease. I would highly recommend Jonathan to my family and friends. I hope for the opportunity to work with him again.

sales and sales manager need to be train all over again...one day say yes...the next day say no...sales didnt even care too..its only $125...im not gonna loose sleep over it ...wth is that suppose to mean...so if i buy a more expensive car and ur commission pay is higher then you would care ? man what kind of sales and dealership is this crap ...

They did everything to help me out here. My late model Evogue needed work done that required some wait time for a part, (post this Covid nightmare).Jaguar Landrover of Newport Beach gave me a brand new Range Rover Evoque to drive for the 6-7 weeks that my car was there. Almost everyday Jack S. Sent me a text with updates. They try to cater to whatever you may need as a customer. I got my truck back and it’s faster than ever, it runs beautifully. All the people that worked there and helped me are very kind. Thanks to Jack S. Who kept me informed and to Chelsea D. For the follow up and the rest of the staff. You rock !!! I’ll be back, hopefully not to soon.?

Great experience getting my car service with Newport Jaguar. The arrived at my home and collected the car slightly ahead of time and dropped it off at my home less than 3 hours later after a service and a wash. Communication throughout was great and as I love my car I appreciate a local dealer that makes me feel valued and takes care of my needs.

Wow, this dealership rocks. Special shout out to my sales associate, Jonathan Halliday. I'm from out of state and just bought a pre-owned Audi Q7 from Jonathan. If I could fly out there myself to buy the car, I would, but my wife is disabled and it's very challenging for me to leave my house for a even a couple days.I received an email right away from their manager after clicking the inquiry button on their website. I responded that I am ready to buy the car if they're willing to sell it to me halfway across the country. Within minutes Jonathan texted and emailed me and it's off to the races. Questions and inquiries from me were addressed very timely. No ghosting or beating around the bush like the previous 3 other dealerships I tried to buy a car from . A couple of them had cars siting for several months...perhaps it's a blessing.The paperwork process went smoothly, where they arranged for a notary to come to my house to sign the sales agreement. I offered to arrange for shipping but Jonathan took care of that too, and he kept me posted on when the car was getting picked up, saving me a couple of phone calls to the shipper.My wife and I are very grateful to Jaguar Newport Beach and Jonathan for making this a seamless process.

Just purchased a 23 Defender V8 from JLRNB and had a great experience! We worked with Ray, Robert, and Jenna in finance and everyone was so attentive, transparent, and professional. Robert is an exceptional sales person - a self-proclaimed LR specialist who "bleeds green" and it shows. Highly knowledgeable in the vehicle in question and very detailed in his presentation and overview of the car. Jenna in finance was professional, polite, and swift in her processing of all the financials. Ray was also very personable and attentive. I have purchased LR products before from other dealerships and had very poor experiences but the team at JLRNB has earned my business back for the brand! Thank you, everyone!

We recently purchased a new car from this dealership. We had purchased from a different Land Rover dealership in the past, and we're very unhappy with the service we received. Newport Jaguar Land Rover really exceeded all expectations. They were professional right from the start. The salesman were never pushy, as it actually took us about six months to make a decision. When I finally purchased my car, the encore service that I received was such a delight. Bryce did such a great job going over every detail about the car and the operating system. He was so professional, and really made the whole experience exceptional. I will definitely be be buying my next car from here.
