I purchased a blouse at the Newport Beach location over the holiday season. It didn't fit properly and I took it back which was apparently several days after their ‘strict ‘21 day return policy. I didn't even want my money back, just a store credit, but not even that. $225 wasted. If I had known I wouldn't have shopped there. Now I know why I prefer to shop at Nordstrom or Neiman’s. I will never go back to this snooty overpriced store. Bad policy!

I am a fan of the cashmere cocoon cardigan. It feels soft and cozy but is quite light weight. Versatile and beautiful.

Crappy product and poor customer service. I spent $400 on a pair of shearling slippers in 2020 that have already fallen apart. I barely wear them and only wear them during the winter and at home. Customer service told me I was ***it out of luck since it's past the 30 day return window. I was unable to write a review on the website, so I'm writing it here. Company does not stand by their products. Chain store products (Gap/Madewell, etc) last longer than this and for 1/6 of the price.

Mccnna was amazing with her professional and nice attitude she called to tell me that my credit card was left in the jacket that I had returned. She followed up with the nice customer and sent her a shipping label to ship my card and I received my card today. I appreciate your help greatly! She is in general quite pleasant and nice when I met her at the store and she was working very hard.

Have been shopping online & finally got to visit the store while my husband was on a business trip. The store definitely didn’t disappoint as the clothing looked better than in the booklet and so soft in person!! The store was decorated absolutely beautifully for holidays and it just was a beautiful place to see. I bought 2 fabulous sweaters and have 2 more items being sent to my home!!! Merry Christmas to me!!!! I was so excited to visit a real Jenni Kayne store… now I need more things too!!!!! Thank you to the employees that welcomed me. Just an amazing experience!!!!

No help, no hello... absolutely nothing...I felt like Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman." That's ok, three salespeople were too busy fawning over two other women in "cute sweater jackets." I smiled at one saleslady with short curly hair who looked blankly at me with her beady eyes. She stood there doing nothing with another long blond-haired salesperson behind the counter. If you wanted me to spend some money you lost you chance. I came in to try on A few sweaters and a pair of white jeans I really liked online. I will now head over to Fashion Island where they are less pretentious for something else. Do I think my review will help.....no. However, now someone reading this may choose not to waste their time in your shop and, I may or may not continue to only buy your clothes online.

My husband and I have purchased many items from this store and the last two times I have been in to shop, the staff have been uncomfortably rude. When you make people feel like they shouldn't be shopping in your store or they don't belong, they are not going to want to come back to shop. Its sad because there is one gal who works at this location who is an Angel and is so sweet. The others are ruining the entire experience and I'm now learning I'm not the first to experience this.

Here's the thing, if you're going to be exclusionary, entitled and possibly racist A) maybe don't go into retail B) definitely don't go I to retail in Southern California where you can never tell what a millionaire looks like...it might be a Latina lady in sweats and a T-shirt. Eff this place and their horrible condescending sales staff. Stay away. Give your business to someone else, who cares about their clients and isn't riding on a name.

I recommend this business because of the product not the customer service in store. I have been to Lido store 3 times where the employees have attitude. I'm not sure why as I'm always purchasing something and never have any other problems with other retail stores I frequent in the area like Clare V., Jolie and Aesop. The last one who helped me yesterday, Nancy was more concerned about her commission, which she blatantly stated, than helping me achieve my goal. I was spending 800 bucks. I have ordered many items online because of poor customer service at this store. It's really a shame!

I was with my wife today at this store and there was an individual, Nancy, whose calling is not retail. My wife picked out 3 items and one of them was too large so Nancy went to there online location and said "no more and they are not ordering more". When my wife asked if it might be at another store you would have thought we were asking her to do us a favor, welcome to retail this is what you do. She found the item at another store so we asked her to send it to our Portland home. She is and then charged us sales tax. When we just called about that she again reminded us how much time she spent on this and if she rang it up as being delivered to Portland she would not get commission. Not sure this is accurate or even legal and we have never had this issue before. Anyway, Nancy, you did not spend more than 30 minutes on us and this is your job. No wonder this location has such low rating.

On June 25th I had the pleasure of dress shopping at this location. The store was beautifully merchandised and the staff were so friendly and impeccably dressed. In particular, there was a young woman (20s-ish; wearing a striped sweater slung over her shoulders) who was helping me find items to try on, who was so helpful... she is really an asset to this company. I am so pleased with the two items I purchased. 10/10 shopping experience in every way.

Have been in several times, love the product but the sales people are rude and not helpful at all. I put a few items on hold and had to come back later that day to try on. I returned later, when the sales girl finally looked up from her computer to help, she retrieved the items and handed them to me, going back to her computer. There was one other associate in back and no other customers! My friend and I put ourselves in the dressing rooms and were never asked if we needed anything. Needless to say, I'm sure Jenni would be mortified! We walked out without buying because of such bad service! Now when I get emails or texts I just ignore them. It happens all the time there and I just have a bad taste in my mouth for anything there. Where I used to say the product is worth the money, I now just say I can find something else somewhere else. Took over a month to get 2 items the first time. Then I hesitantly purchased online again. Item canceled but instead of a merch credit of $150+ I get back $1.58 super nice responses (very professional) with NO RESOLUTION.. for almost 2 weeks. BEWARE of purchasing anything online. Absolutely worst experience. It's like buying something from overseas
