Ladies in the perfume section are always following you so you don't spray the perfumes on yourself they always come up to me.They are so annoying the store is so empty no one is gonna buy their 10,000 dollar gowns be realistic.Store is ghost town empty

The moment I step into their men's floor, it makes me extremely uncomfortable. It reminds me of visiting Middle East market as a tourist. I moment I touch on something, there will be a group of sales coming over trying to convince me this is good in a super pushy manner. It's like a meat in the crocodile lake. And what makes me even more uncomfortable is the perfume department at mens floor, I was approached by a lady, the minute i stepped into her counter, another gu who was at the other end of the store immediately came over, and i also saw another guy from the other end, was giving that lady an eye, seems like, do you want me to come help too? And she just waived her hand and say it's ok. It feels like a gang, wanting to scam customers.And no surprise, after a 2 minute pitching, trying 3 perfumes, the lady's first question was, so which one have you decided, pushy tone, no joke, no smile.Neiman Marcus ... Worse than Macy, no joke. But to be fair, their collection is superb.

When talking about the luxury perfume department in Newport, it will be the best shopping center in this center. I liked the collection of perfumes, and they also have Amouage perfumes.

I usually receive great service at this Neiman Marcus, however one staff member who always stands out is Paul J. He goes above and beyond to ensure exceptional customer service. He sources items that are out of stock in his store and also online from other NM locations to ensure I have the exact items I’m looking for in the correct sizes. Each time he’s assisted me, I’ve left feeling very grateful for his effort and willingness in helping me find the items I need. Whether it be an online return or following up to let me know when my items have been shipped, I can trust that every transaction is handled quickly and professionally. This level of service reflects well on the Neiman Marcus Brand and also makes shopping a pleasure at your store. NM will be my first choice for luxury shopping.

Restaurant here is excellent. The table bread is popovers with strawberry butter - incredible. Go when they first open so they’re fresh. It’s definitely pricey but worth it. I had the Turkey panini and it was solid. Fries are amazing.

Neiman Marcus is a robberI ordered a pair of Golden Gooz sneakers online on May 18th and they charged my credit card for $544.95 , 1 week later they charged my credit card again for on May 25th,When I contacted them to ask about the extra charge, they told me because they don’t have the shoes available they will charge my card ones a week automatically and refund the money !!!I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money, they cancelled my order but they didn’t refund my money yet! I contacted to their customer service talk with many managers but they are not responsible just wanted to say everything is ok!!!Guys your are totally SCAMERSo sorry for your

Super disappointed, I had a horrible experience. I was buying 8 bags yes 8 bags. 6 Christian louboutin bags and two dolce and Gabbana bags. Lucas was awful. He told me it was a nightmare to get me bags. Who says that? I am spending $5,000 and you are telling me it is hard for you to do your job? What a joke! The entire experience was awful. I am never buying from this store again. He charged my card too many times and it said fraud alert and he couldn't find three of the bags but then did again. He is so unorganized. I decided to not get three of the 8 bags because of him. They still charged me for an extra one. I had to call to have it taken off. It gets worse I don't know how. I can't even make this up! I get a bag with a huge scratch on it and I have to keep it because it's final sale. Can you believe they made me keep a bag with a huge scratch? I added the photos. You can clearly see how rude he was to me and I was not rude back. I do not treat people that way. You can see the scratches on the bag. I called they wouldn't help me to return. Horrible horrible horrible. Anyone seeing this review and the photos will clearly side with me. I am not one to enjoy writing negative reviews. Hopefully this will help them open their eyes to make changes. I will never understand how someone that is supposed to help is rude. Also the dolce and Gabbana I received was the wrong size. I could not return either. What a mess. He blocked me from Instagram when he was the one that was rude to me! Do not shop with him or this location. Getting bags is not rocket science! If he hates his job so much he should quit. There are plenty of places that would love my $5k! Don't shop here. He is not a nice person at all. I would of spent even more money if he was nice. Also he rants on Instagram and is so unprofessional. He clearly was poking at me and he should be ashamed of himself. He sells bags. This isn't that serious. I was nice the entire time. I don't know what his problem is.

My salesman Alberto (in men’s ) is amazing. In store, online or by text. I’ve been able to shop with him anywhere. Which is really helpful when you travel for business and don’t always have a lot of time to get into a store or to just stop and shop on line.

I had forgotten how much care is in the details at Neiman Marcus. I was just stunned by the displays and how everything was precisely in its place perfectly. The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful.This was my first trip to Fashion Island and this was a great experience.

My 20’s daughter and I (Women of color) were shopping in the designer dress section for a potential graduation dress. I was a distance from her looking at a dress and noticed a sales woman with dark hair was talking to her. I approached and the woman disappeared. Apparently she was telling my daughter that the section she was in was “couture” and there were more appropriate dresses for her downstairs. Not how can I help you, just that she was in the wrong section! While there were a lot of other nice sales people on our visit— inevitably the damage was done. This type of treatment can really scar a young person and isn’t the service one would expect at Neiman Marcus.

It was a nice day April 2nd, me and my daughter went in the store to look for particular shade of Cle De Peau illumininizing powder. I was looking at the display of shades but this lady was so rude telling me "make sure" because you can not return HOW RUDE!!! Really!?! I didn't even ask anything about returns. Why will I return I just said I'm looking for particular shade and just buy it! Lack of training very poor customer service!!! No I didn't buy it because of her being so rude. I will not recommend this store. RUDE!!!

Online shopping has definitely been a game changer to the shopping experience. I prefer to avoid the hassle of going into a store and dealing with crowds, lines, disorganization, etc.. However, once in a while you find a gem and this is it! NM IS THE PLACE! The store is organized and clean. It’s peaceful from the moment you walk in! The courteous and dedicated attention you receive from the employees is top notch! Coming here reminds you why online accessibility isn’t everything, sometimes you just need the real experience! VERY WELL DONE NM!UPDATE: I have to add more to my last review. Ms. Libby Diggins is such a helpful beauty ambassador, she is truly dedicated to providing the best service possible. I definitely recommend working with her!
