Don’t do business with people whose word means nothing. Accepted an offer they had made just to be ghosted for 2 days and when I asked for an update on the process, they had told me that the car had sold… Don’t bother with these people

I had the salesman Nasser Naderi take pictures of my car so I can send to family but I should have really looked at the car closely. Months later I was looking at the pictures and saw a small dent just under the back door handle, went to my car and saw that same dent. Very disappointed at myself and the car dealer pulling a fast one on me. I ask them to fix it but they ghost me :) I was going to refer my brother but will not expose him to that dishonesty. So please when you buy a car really look it over.

Having other dealerships in my area, I decided to go to Newport Lexus because of a recommendation; however this dealer did not meet my expectations. Salesman Zahid K may need some training to greet new customers and be professional when interacting or answering any customer’s doubts.

One of the worst experiences I had with this dealership. I said yes to a car virtually, and was filling the application while being on the phone with the sales agent. When I was meticulous fillinf in the details, they told me to stop and filling in the form because there was some one else in person looking into the car. Even if we were first to say yes to the price that they were asking they did not offer it to me because I was just on phone. Finally the lexus manager hung up the phone on me and did not sell me the car. It was highly unprofessional and bad communication form the agency. Rather a very bad representation for the lexus brand. Fortunately, I am getting a better deal without markup price at another dealership with better sales experience.

My favorite Lexus dealership. That is why we bought our GS there. Service department is great! Thanks for taking care of my wife's car Robert! I enjoy going to his dealership for our vehicle needs. The staff at this dealership is very friendly and approachable.

I have received excellent service from Kevin, Robert & the staff. Because of this service, my next new car will probably be a Lexus to replace my 23-year old Lexus which is still running great thanks to Newport Lexus!
