Absolutely one of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had the displeasure to have. For any managers that are reading this, the person who failed to help me on the phone was Iman A, and my case number is 23607251Day 1 - My machine was delivered, but was broken. The installers left, and now I had a $3700 paper weight (the Tread does not work without the tablet). They also forgot to leave the pin, which is required to use the machine.Day 5 - Technicians come to repair the unit. They replace the screen, but have no replacement pins. I still cannot use my machine.Day 6 - I have a call with Iman A on the phone and we escalate the issue (under escalation number 23607251). I am told I will be contacted within 24hrs to resolve this.-- No call comes --Day 8 - I call Peloton again and talk with Jeff (Who is very helpful). He tells me that I do not have authorization to speak about the issue (purchased by my partner) even though we had a three-way call with Iman A, my partner, and myself to give myself authorization. There still is no resolution and no contact has been made to me.I still have no working treadmill and have no way to make it work. I have been given the workaround for days and have no resolution.Please stay away from this company and get yourself a regular treadmill. They are not worth the added.

The bike and concept are a great way to get an at-home workout. The customer services and technical support team is horrible, they rely on the customer to follow up consistently and offer quick troubleshooting techniques in lieu of actually resolving the issue.

I bought my beloved peloton treadmill here and you would think that it would be a rip off at the swanky Fashion Island outdoor mall but it's actually a GREAT value!! I highly recommend everyone getting one! Short term expense, long-term goal! I'm in it to win it in my lame way. Lol. Victoria is an amazing salesperson and she knows everything about her brand!

I came into buy the Tread the Wednesday before before Black Friday. The sales associate with brown hair over charged my card for the Tread. She said the card kept saying error on her end and I kept showing her on my phone it's taking it out of my Chase account. We did not end the transaction because she wanted to charge me another three $3000 for the Tread when It already took the money out of my account but she said it wasn't showing that on her end. Assistant manager Kyle got involved. He assured me he would take care of this matter after the holiday on Monday and call me and compensate me for all the troubles and still give me the discount for the Tread. He never called on Monday I had to call him in the morning and then I called him in the afternoon because he never called me back and he told me he was too busy to look into it. He assured me he would call me Tuesday. I never got a call from him on Tuesday and I left him a message to call me back. I emailed Peloton and they told me they can't honor that price from Black Friday and there's nothing they can do to help me. Finally on Wednesday the money went back into my account. I have emailed Peloton five times and no one has reached out to me except saying there's nothing they can do for me, I can call the Peloton number and re-order the Tread and they will not honor the Black Friday discount. I have been a peloton member for over four years. I am very loyal to Peloton and I cannot believe this is happening. I was out of that money that Monet through Wednesday without a Tread that is their fault!

We stopped here recently to buy a new Peloton, as a replacement for my old Tunturi Cardio. First off, their sales rep Sam was outstanding. He took his time, giving us detailed explanations to all our questions. At no time did he talk down, or seem impatient. His effort was Ten Stars! What gave us pause, was all the ancillary Peloton products which you need buy. Besides their Spin Class monthly subscription, you need to buy their shoes, to ride their bike. Or instead, buy special pedal clamps for your shoes. It seems like a very profitable business model for Peloton. But minus the Spin Class, if you have an odd shoe size as I do (which they don't carry), or like to watch TV and conduct business while you ride with ear buds, then there are other alternatives. Maybe next time.

My husband and I were in the area and we decided to stop by the Peloton store since we currently own a bike and love it. Upon walking in, the atmosphere was clean, hip, and we were greeted immediately. The employees quickly approached us asking if we were interested and after we told them we already own a bike+ they backed off for a second and approached us again asking if we would be interested in the Tread. We kindly rejected as the bike+ works great for our space at home and needs. The workout apparel is always fashionable and efficient for this kind of workout but is on the pricey side. Lucky for me I have a good collection of workout gear :). Any who, we left and immediately came back to get ourself measure for our bike at home. The employees were great to get us those numbers and we went along our day. In conclusion, the store had a great vibe, employees and the product is amazing! Follow me on the bike Pupusita

Terrible customer service! I purchased a Peloton with Kyle B. and he was not helpful at all! I mentioned that if there was a first responder discount and he didn’t mention that there was! I will never purchase anything from this store since the workers are totally clueless!!

We made a reservation to learn more about the Peloton Bike+ at the store here on Fashion Island. We were immediately greeted upon our arrival by Michael. He was more than willing to answer all of our questions (which we had a few...especially since we were going to be spending several thousand dollars on a bike.) We were able to try on the shoes that we would use with the bike and Michael taught us how to clip in and out (which if you haven't done before, can be a little bit of a struggle). After meeting with Michael, we took the next day or two to decide if we wanted to purchase the bike and ultimately decided to. The timing to get the bike seems to be pretty quick, because we are getting the bike within the next week. It looks like their supply chain issues I have been reading about online might be resolved.

While we didn't buy a bike, (we have one already, but thought about a 2nd) our sales guy Sam, was awesome. Very nice and didn't blow us off when he knew we were not purchasing. When peloton comes out with a new machine, we will buy here from Sam if he's still here. If you wonder about a bike, GET IT. we've had ours 3 years and we love it. This so much more then a bike.
