This place certainly exudes classy style, coastal, nautical, rustic and what not. Unique. Goods for lifestyle and good taste. Service - their location is of great help and friendly staff. No issues with service so far. We have bought a couple of items helped from this store and so far, have had great experience. Verdict - certainly carries great looking merch and unique finds. I would recommend.

I usually order online from S&L but since I live nearby I thought I would pop in to see if anything caught my eye. I was looking for a couple lighting pieces for the finishing touches on our current renovation. I walk in and all 17 associates working see me and not 1 hello. It was as if they were just starring at me to leave. Worst customer service! do not go, not worth it. will not be purchasing anything from here again after the horrible encounter here or lack of.

Shari was wonderful! She helped me order my dining room chairs that I had been eyeing for quite some time. Upon delivery, there was a black smudge on one of my slipcovers. . She quickly and efficiently got me a replacement slip cover for my chair. I am thrilled with my purchase and know they will look perfect in my renovated kitchen area!

Susan and Q, the management team is fantastic to work with, I have done many projects with them. Their expertise on selections, deliveries, follow up are invaluable. The showroom is beautiful and the entire staff is so helpful. I will continue to do business here and refer people knowing they will be taken care of.

Quang and Susan were unbelievable! They were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were very helpful without being overbearing. The store is very well run and think Quang and Susan are a great representation of the brand. Quang also helped our daughter and again another pleasant experience!

I came upon this amazing store while researching an upscale line I truly felt I would consider replacing my newly interior designed home , which was just not working for me, I was fortunate enough to call at the right time and spoke with a gentleman named Q. He couldn't have been nicer and so helpful. I was confident he was the person I could trust to help me just after one phone call. I had an accident and broke my arm in the meantime , Q called and messaged me asking how I was feeling, which immediately made me positive I had the perfect person to help me redesign my unsatisfactory feel about the current design I had just spent thousands on...... Q couldn't have been more patient and understanding. I had a party coming up and I really needed to give him my order much sooner but he handled this like most other high end companies do not. Q managed to expedite the process so I am able to receive the items in my order I really need to feel good about my home and entertain in it. Thank you Q and Serena & Lily! I am so excited about the next order we put together to redesign another space in my home until it is complete with Serena & Lily products! Courtney Berman Winter Park , FL

Starting with the positive - the store is well appointed and the items are really beautiful and the store is well designed. There is at least 1 maybe 2 helpful designers in the store but the majority are unfriendly and appear disinterested. The customer is not first at Serena and Lily. Overall the company thoroughly lacks in customer service. They charge a 15% restocking fee on all items regardless of the reason for the return plus an additional $15 per mailing label for returns. This is the case regardless of reason for the return. My bed came damaged and they sent someone to fix but they didn't actually restore the bed or fix it so I have a $5,000 bed with a bent frame. Also it takes about 1 week for a mailing label to be generated and they won't print in the store or fast track. Bottom line is they really don't care about the customer or working to keep them. I don't think I will be buying much from them in the future.

Beware of buying product from this company!!!! While service at this store is good, after sales service and warranty are appalling. We bought three $700+ woven barstools a year ago. One of them is falling apart and these guys don't want to hear about it. Claim it's "wear and tear" for a chair that is hardly used. Pretty lame how they treat their customers. Won't shop here again, and I suggest you don't either if you don't want the regret of spending top dollar for inferior product they don't stand behind. I give them 18 to 14 months before they are out of business treating their customers this way.

I put in a 6000 order in March and I am still waiting for my 3000 table. Every time I check on status, the date gets pushed back. I tried getting store manager’s help to get compensated since i missed the 25% sale but she said she has no authority. I emailed customer service. Cute stuff, but not worth the wait. Every thing is sent out piecemeal. I am stuck because the table goes with the chairs that i have had for awhile and i cannot return them. What the sales person says on delivery date is absolutely false! I will update this if i get a response with my email complaint to customer service. Go to Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware, better customer service and estimated delivery dates are more accurate.
