Maybe the employee is having a bad day but the boy working here seemed annoyed to help me and was very short with me. Didn’t feel like my business was wanted. Will not be returning to this store again.

Very difficult to park at this location. Parking garage is often full and there is rarely street parking. Trying to get in and out of this UPS store is a hassle.

Checked online for the hours open, drove over in Sunday and find a sign on the door that says closed. This has happened twice at this location. Please just update your hours.

Always there for us! Notary - always there. Quick, easy, clean. Everyone is always friendly and courteous, and it's always a quick in and out cause there's always enough staff.

I went to the store as it opened on a Monday morning to send an important package to Seattle. Paid over $27 to ship it 2 day mail. On Thursday, Day 3, it was still in southern California! The UPS tracking site said "We've incorrectly sorted this package..." This was not a Covid issue or excuse. When I returned to the store on Thursday morning they refused to refund my money. Unbelievable that they not only failed to deliver my package in less than 4 days but they refused any refund. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Walk across the street to the mailbox store and use them.

I needed to get an important package to Seattle so I went to the store and paid $27 for two day delivery. They had my package at 9:16 am on a Monday morning. On Wednesday, the day it was supposed to be delivered, I tracked the package and it had not even left Southern California yet! The UPS tracking website indicated they had made a sorting error and it would be delayed. Thursday morning I went back to the store seeking a refund and was told in no uncertain terms that they are just a franchisee and it's UPS' fault, basically there is no guarantee for two day shipping. So, in summary they keep my $27 and fail to deliver my package as promised! I will never use this store again and you shouldn't either.

I've been in there with Amazon returns and they are wonderful They went above and beyond to assist me. I am thrilled they are so close to home. A pleasure to work with them.
