I was in this UPS store to have some copies made. I was there working but from Dallas Texas. Brooke was so kind to me and printed out 52 pages on one email I sent.. I go to several UPS stores in Dallas but Brooke was so helpful . Thank you five stars to you. You’re an asset to this store .

We brought a seemingly impossible job to this store and were greeted with a CAN DO attitude! Thanks to Becky and staff for packing over 130 pounds in custom boxes and delivering them within hours of our request! Highly recommend this Newport Coast store for service and professionalism.

If I could give this 0 I would, and I rarely do reviews. One employee did not know what he was doing. I bought a box for my items and paid shipping . He put loose items on a back table along with a pile of others. Would not box up my shipment and would not let me do it. He said he had to wait on other customers first in a growing line. I sat there for 20 minutes while customers kept coming in. Finally I said to box up my items in front of me or give me a refund. He did not know how to do it so other employee took another 15 minutes to figure it out and said I had to buy the $10.00 box. This is no exaggeration. Never again.

After reading the reviews apparently Anita is a star employee but I would like to take the time to acknowledge Ivan who is truly a 10⭐️ employee! Gets those packages scanned in record time and always has a smile on his face! Will definitely be back! The best ups has to offer

What a great experience at this particular UPS STORE. They packaged my packages securely and I feel super safe sending with them. Also they are exquisitely friendly, especially Anita does a great job helping me with a smile ? all in all 5/5 stars highly recommend!

The customer service, cleanliness, and competitive shipping prices make this store truly exceptional. The employees are helpful, friendly, and always eager to assist. Unlike other UPS locations where staff can sometimes appear grumpy, the team here goes above and beyond. Ivan, in particular, always greets me with a smile and is more than willing to help out, especially when I'm dropping off an Amazon return. This store is not only outstanding in service but also conveniently located. Highly recommended!

10/10 recommend this UPS!!! they’re always so friendly knowledgeable and eager to help. i come here quite often, i always see norma and ivan. they’re always helping with big smiles on their faces!! crazy to see nowadays AND norma is so friendly and nice!! ivan is also amazing at packaging things carefully and delicately. i could go on about how good this location is and how good the employees i mentioned are to me and everyone.
