The girl is nice who greets you as you come in. I went in for lashes one girl was nice who helped me pick them out. I made an appointment for them to put them on for the next day I was early the girl was doing a color which processed for 40 minutes she could've done my lashes and never acknowledged me standing there could have said hi and someone will be with you. When it came to my appointment time she spoke in Spanish not sure what was said but the other girl asked another girl she said no I have an appointment I thought it was rude the one for my appointment was going to be late I walked out from my appointment will not return.

Came here to perfume shop, finally had some time off to go and find my new scent. Most of the testers were locked up which I was fine with except all of the workers were super rude. I asked two different workers if they can open a case for me to smell a tester and they were both so mean for no reason. They made it such an unwelcoming environment so I decided to leave and go to Macy's.

I went there on my lunch break I'm a newbie for makeup and I needed help color matching for a powder foundation, one of the managers there Angie! She was super helpful and nice! She gave me a lot of advice for makeup dupes for certain products and even helped find the right shade for me! And even went above and beyond to do a full face of makeup for me I ended buying most of the products she used on me! She's amazing!

there's so many workers standing and talking and doing absolutely nothing , they are so slow and don't want to help , they have one person ringing at the registers who don't know what their doing , they get attitude when u ask for help when they were standing there gossiping it's so bad!!

Worst customer service. No greetings when coming into the store. First I ask for help on finding a product in store. They ask me to wait at the aisle and they will be right there to assist me. 15 mins later nobody helped me. The store is not busy - theres probably 3 people in the store browsing. I had to figure it out myself. I go pay and they have all the pricing wrong on the shelves and made a whole long process to fix the prices they they had wrong. Then they give me the coldest responses - eye rolling. I am canceling my Ulta card - because one, I dont come to Ulta for Customer service but today was the last straw.

Handsen (I hope I'm spelling that right) was so kind to me and had so much patience. I'm so grateful for their help and recommendations. Probably one of the nicest people I've met at any ulta I've ever been to.

We were enjoying our girls day by shopping at Fashion Islands Ulta Beauty. My child was looking at the Drunk Elephant moisturizer that already had product pumped all over the applicator. My daughter, being the experimental YOUNG girl she is, pumped a little bit more to see if there was more product left in the container. She did not want to use the old, already pumped moisturizer. An employee who's name tag was not showing, came up to my daughter and disrespectfully grabbed the moisturizer out of her hand and did not believe my daughter when she said the existing pumped was moisturizer was already there. She ripped it out of her hands and complained about cleaning it up. When my daughter tried to explain she was cut off by this employee by her saying, "Yeah right." I do not appreciate the hostility towards my daughter and would appreciate if the Ulta manager would speak to her about customer service. Our girls day is now ruined and daughter feels extremely uncomfortable.

I love this location but they need to put a handle on the kids it's infested with them every weekend. Who wants to come in and shop comfortably when their is nothing but kids writing on the displays with the testers, opening the live product and using it and putting it back on the shelves I feel bad for the workers they can tell them to stop but they don't listen. The team here is amazing but you can see theyre drained by the amount of kids that make their store a mess. This is my local ulta, and I shop no where else. Your workers can only do so much. Do better "ULTA" no wonder I'm always seeing different faces I'm sure they didn't sign up to be a sitter.

Darn. I’m an Ulta customer long time and this place looked and felt like the DMV. Very bad reflection of the brand. What’s happening at Fashion Island? It was a well appointed and also classy, family friendly mall when we lived in OC. Now it’s um… not. Bummer….
