I just back from the store. I requested to print one copy from my email and the staff said to pay $5.50 for 1 page and then I said do you have cheaper option like I have done in other UPS and send from my email to store email and it was not $5.50 and I paid $2.30 and he said to me angrily why are you especial!!That was rude from a staff to say to the lady as I had smile. Then I went to bank and activated my bank card and returned to the UPS and used the computer which it was slow and was charging $2 for 5 mins and emailed a page to the store and paid $2 then went to the line and he rudely said what is your email without looking at me and I asked if he is talking to me because there were two lines. He said to pay him $5.50 again and I said I already have paid $2 and he said because I am going to print it for you. I said you did not tell me that I should print it myself and did not explain to me what to do.He was not helpful at all and was very angry from initial and I remember a lady told him you are stressed.I paid $8.20 for printing one page which it is unacceptable and faced a rude man who was angry and very unhappy with his work.

Either UPS charges multiple times what the US Post Office does or the clerk made a mistake calculating my 8x10 envelope weighing 12 ounces to be over $13. The post office charged $6.45 - same service/delivery/destination a couple of blocks away.

Store has a supply of shipping materials, clean and staff is polite and helpful. No matter how busy it gets the staff helps each customer as though they are the only customer in the place!

I cannot say enough about how great Damian is at this UPS location. I went in to make copies and mail something and was a bit stressed/overwhelmed. He was extremely helpful and attentive with not only me but everyone who came into the store. One of the best costumer services I’ve ever had!!!

Buyer Beware! Very disappointed with Damian, the store manager. I paid in full for PO Box going on my 4rh year at the store.When I informed him in Sept that I was redirecting my mail back to my house he toldMe my remaining 6 months was non refundable. He said services are non refundable. Well I haven’t been serviced for the next 6 months and they will probably rent out my box to another person. I was counting on the $225 refund. I wish I paid every 3 months rather than the full year like many others. Bottom line, they are good for drop off packages and notary but anything else is a huge disappointment.

The staff here is wonderful!! This UPS location gets busy and the staff really tries to accommodate some sometimes cranky customers. Everyone is doing the best they can. And Damian- he the manager, Is just incredibly wonderful, kind and patient. Thank you UPS Westcliff!!

The staff go above and beyond to make sure that things are taken care of appropriately. We are SO lucky to have this UPS store in our neighborhood. I have stopped packing myself as the staff are able to do a much better job than I can. I did not even realize that they had this service. Amazing.

Every time I go there , Damian And his very professional staff ( Tristan and all the others ) not only go above and beyond to help and accommodate me , but most importantly get the job done . All my packages are treated with care as if it's their own . They made the very busy holiday season smooth and seamless , and all my multiple visits to this particular location are always fun .

Just no to the guy at the "service" desk who insists on calling me "young lady" when I am OBVIOUSLY an older one. Even on the second request to NOT address me by that title, you belittled my request. Poor customer relations. Poor management.

This UPS store has the worst service. They are very rude. I carried a large heavy box in and there were only two employees in the store who were working on a task and they didn't stop for 5 minutes while I waited holding the box.
