Terrible location. The guy behind the counter was rude and very unhelpful. I tried to drop off a prepaid Amazon return and the guy insisted I had to pay to return it. Amazon return said no charge but this guy wanted to charge me $2.50. I asked to see a manager and he said he was the only one there and he had been there 5 years and wouldn't help me. Don't bother making the trip here. Just go to another location.

Heavy set man i believe to be the owner talked over me when i was registering s complaint about a ups delivery, when i tried to reengage him he them began addressing the customer behind me. If i wanted rude i'd go to the post office.

Manager was extremely rude and un helpful. Treated me like I was a total idiot. Excuse me your job is to take care of customers and diffuse the situation - not have an attitude and basically eye roll in my face. This store will never get my business again.

I paid premium for 2nd day air package on Monday. When I called at the end of 2nd day, they said they will deliver it next day (Thursday). The school didn't receive it until afternoon of the 4th day (Friday). Due to long holiday weekend, my daughter didn't get her needed package until next Tuesday. All they could say was that nothing is guaranteed unless it's overnight delivery!!!! Are you serious? Why charged if you can't deliver? We don't pay high price so you can tell us you're overwhelmed or short staffed. That's not any parent's concern. Get it? I'm going to FedEx.

The guys at the bayside drive UPS store are excellent. Quick and efficient and never long lines. Easy in and out.

Always helpful and friendly. I use them for all of my notaries which as a real estate investor can be frequent. I even moved my PO Box here. Great service.

They lost the envelop then investigated to find it after three weeks in Bedford Park, IL. This important document to renew my passport never made it to Canada. Its been a month and I still haven't seen the envelop which is suppose to be returned to me. Won't make it to my sister's wedding because of this. Worst experience.

Hello all, I RARELY take the time to write a negative review but this one definitely deserves the time and effort! I walked in to the Newport store to pickup a package I had shipped myself from Houston. The youngster at the counter informed me (in a professional manner) that there would be an additional $5.00 pick up fee, I was a little confused as I shipped UPS to UPS store, no problem and then the older bald gentleman proceeds to tell me that it was a problem as I was not in their system (NOT in a professional manner) I replied that I have shipped to and from this location several times as we have had a boat here for over 6yrs now. He then very assertively told me again that they had to enter me into the system, I was a little confused as to why he would walk from the back of the store to the front AGAIN just to tell me the same thing again....I said ok, well I'm not sure why I'm not in the system as the younger gentleman completed the $5.00 transaction, the old guy then proceeded to tell me I could make other arrangements in the future so at that time I said DONT WORRY, I WILL MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS IN YHE FUTURE!!! Way to treat your customers DUDE! #FedExForMe

Everyone here is amazing. It's great to have someone to sign and acccept packages vs having them sitting on your door step is just a relief. Everyone is professional and polite.
