Worst experience I have ever had with any company. I was forced to switch to this useless bank when they purchased Union Bank. The transition was a nightmare, literally every banking transaction takes weeks of back an forth approvals and it has taken them over 3 weeks to blunder over the simple process of closing my accounts. I suggest you go anywhere else for a better bank experience.

Had a great experience with MO Yakoub. I had established my business account online and had to go in and update paperwork. The business department were in their offices and heard me needing assistance but instead they had me work with the teller Mo who was more than patient and helpful. Give this man a raise!

I’ve been a US Bank member for over 20 years and this is the worst experience ever. They charged over $400.00 to purchase Euro’s. They used a day rate of 1.05 when it was actually .97. When questioned they said that’s our fee. The branch manager Nahid was uncaring and showed no empathy. I deal with several banks every day in my job, including overseas transactions, this is the last time I deal with US Bank.

Horrible bank!! Highly DONT recommend. Customer service is a at total lost. Mortgage department at a total lost. Treatment is horrible.

Worst tellers, worst bank customer service I ever had. I went there once to make some savings and was treated very disrespectful. Will never go to that branch again.

I come here often and everyone is friendly. Today was the exception. The banker who "assisted" me was rude and not helpful whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. I hope no one else has to experience that. I wish I would've gotten his name (older man) so his manager could speak to him and better his attitude!!!

Online it is posted that they close at 5pm, after driving all the way down here, there is a paper on the door saying “CLOSED”. What kind of bank is it?

This bank discriminates against people judging on age, gender, and ethnicity! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! They will run around and give you contradicting information and not even try to work with you on resolving any kind of conflict. I can honestly say the attitudes I received here has lost me as ever being a customer.

I have been a customer of U.S. Bank for 20 years now having all my business, personal and home mortgage accounts with them. I can tell you from top to bottom this branch shines. Branch manager Nahid is a pleasure to work with and a great problem solver. Universal Banker Micheal is very knowledgeable and thorough. Even their tellers, Maryea and Dana. are a pleasure to work with from greeting you when you walk in to quick efficient service. I had a situation last summer involving a transfer I made from my account to another bank that did not go through. After months of back and forth and the other bank acknowledging it was their mistake they STILL wouldn't release my funds! It was U.S. Bank's persistance and dedication that got me my money back. Universal Banker Jesse Alvarez in particular never gave up and was constantly giving me updates and serving as a liaison between myself, U.S. Bank superiors and USAA bank management. It's because of people like him that make me a customer for life.

I went in to the Newport Place branch to cancel my account, I was surprised how nice they were, I was reconsidering cancelling, but I shut my business, so need for the account.
