After 20 years of banking they can’t help with basic clients needs, but they are really good at opening fake accounts. If you know what’s good for you and your money leave Wells Fargo Bank ASAP!!!!

I've visited this branch twice in the last couple months for notary services at the advice of my mother's WF Advisors. Scott Otto was super quick and friendly each time. I'm not a member of WF, and still no charge since papers were for my mom's IRA account. Easy to make an appointment online. Impressed.

I came to this location to cash a Wells Fargo check, they told me that they will have to charge a fee in order to cash the check, even though the check is their own. Wells Fargo is so cheap if you bank with them they’ll charge you a fee for anything

Long time WF customer. I've been to a lot of branches. This location, by far, is my favorite! Friendly and helpful bankers (Steve and Phillip). They acknowledge your presence and accommodates your needs. My go to for currency exchange, cashiers checks, business banking, etc. Thanks guys!

Thank you Phillip! Thank you for going above and beyond while giving us a great banking experience!! What a wonderful person and interaction!! He's very polished, professional, extremely personable, friendly, witty, and extremely helpful Manager. Not many people probably Yelp about a bank visit unless something is upsetting. I don't want great people like Phillip to go unappreciated or interactions with him to go unnoticed. Banking can be stressful, or blah and impersonal. Not with Phillip! He took care of our needs, made helpful, and we left smiling. Management and staff like that need to be recognized, acknowledged, and praised. He puts excellent customer service and interaction back into Wells Fargo making people want to continue business there and spread word of mouth to recruit others. We look forward to seeing him again.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for Over 25 years. I have never encounter such a rude manager, Kristine DI Petro. I am completely shocked that she is a manager. She has no customer service skills or authority to help. Her solution was we can't cash the check because paper is too thick so try other banks. The teller was more helpful than the actual Manager.

Worst, have to make an appointment todo anything, 3 days out schedule to open an account... I thought banks liked when we transferred money to them.

Agree with the bad reviews. Rude & condescending manager. And the parking lot situation isn't ideal- having to pay for parking at a bank if you don't get it validated is a real pain.
