Nice store. It’s in Fashion Island which has an Easy access and a lot of parking spaces. It doesn’t have a huge variety of food, but what they have is fresh and with good quality.Worthy hot and cold bars with many options and really good meals that you can eat right after you pay in the seating area which also has outdoor tables and a fire pit.The cheese area is big with many options andgood quality cheeses.I really like that you can pay with your hand ✋

The best mashed potatoes with turkey meatloaf in the meals to go section - for $11 bucks! It is ridiculous and I won't buy often. But sure is good!

GOOD STORE ! My wife and I shop at this store every now and then. The Fashion Island multi level parking garage across the street comes in handy.....particularly on Saturday when it was pouring down rain. We entered the store via the Back Bay Tavern side entrance around 11.30am. Our intentions were to buy what we needed then have lunch at the tavern which doesn't open until midday. In fact we said hi to Juana the manager as we walked through to do our shopping in the store. We loaded up our shopping cart with frozen Barramundi, Lactaid 2% reduced fat milk, porcini mushroom tortelloni, Creminelli salami minis, doz grade A eggs, 2 x La Colombe double draft lattes, og egg noodles, Cabot Vermont seriously sharp cheddar cheese, 2 x andouille pork sausages, 2 x bratwurst pork sausages, diced butternut squash, Laura Chenel soft-ripened goat cheese creamy brie, 2 x cuban inspired beef empanadas, 2 x chipotle chicken empanadas, russet potatoes, white mushrooms, green asparagus, baby bok choy zucchini, bananas, hass large avocado, og crushed tomatoes with basil and 1 x 6 pack of Rogue Ales "Batsquatch" Hazy IPA. Still no Pumpkin Seed Ciabattas in the bakery...can't get pumpkins seeds the girl behind the counter told us. And no 1 gal Crystal Geyser natural alpine spring water on the shelf. FRIENDLY SERVICE AT THE CHECKOUT !

Not very busy, but aisles were clogged because they were stocking at 10:30 am. Early morning I understand but 10:30 made it seem way more busy and claustrophobic that it really was .

Self serving food buffet style re-opened, you can buy almost anything here. More expensive but worthy for quality and unique selection. Check out very slow but they also have 6 self checkout stations available

Love this store. They have a great produce department, and you could find hard to find fruit, like figs! That sounds silly, but it's true. Figs are super hard to find at supermarkets. This store is always well stocked, and they have the best pizza here too! You can get whole pizzas or pizzas by the slice, and let me tell you they are absolutely delicious! They make homemade bread here, you could get sandwiches made, they have a whole hot food section, a whole salad bar. It's absolutely amazing! They even have a little seating area you can sit and eat. Don't miss out on this wonderful store.

Wanted to look inside a $30 product. Yes. I did. After putting $125 worth of hair and lotion products in my cart - I know, how snakey of me, looking in a product. A worker bee said to me “We don’t have any open products here.”You’re lucky you haven’t been damaged by all the horrible people destroying and stealing things, Whole Foods. I’d be the first to support you, but nah. You are petty against those you are not afraid of.

A REALLY GOOD STORE ! My wife and I have shopped at this location a few times since we moved to Irvine late last year. They sell a few very hard to get items on our must have list such as Creminelli Prosciutto Cotto ( Italian ham ) and a good selection of tasty Empanadas. Oh and they are the only local store that bakes their own Pumpkin Seed Ciabattas ( to die for ). On Saturday the predicted temp was 94F and we were going to do our best to avoid it somehow. After our early morning 20 mile bike ride to the Upper Newport Bay Nature Preserve we freshened up and headed straight over here. UNDERCOVER PARKING ! There is a lot to like about parking our wheels out of the sun on a very hot day. OUR PLAN ! Usually we pick stuff up at 2 or 3 different stores on a Saturday but on this occasion it was ONE STOP SHOP in air con comfort. BUT FIRST ! We walked across the street from the parking lot and entered the store via the Back Bay Tavern entrance at 12.30pm. VERY GOOD FOOD ! We spent about an hour enjoying lunch....I even had a beer. Then we ambled over to the main entrance of the store to grab a shopping cart. First up I nailed a large fresh squeezed orange juice...not cheap but it's pretty good. While my wife picked out our needs in fresh produce I zipped over to BOOZE ALLEY. I haven't been buying my craft beer at Whole Foods Market for some time but this particular store had enough to keep me interested...and after all it was one stop shop day to beat the heat. I ran into Jose the bartender from the Back Bay Tavern ( where we had lunch earlier ) loading up the beer fridge and he was a great help when I asked him about an unfamiliar craft beer brand. I selected 1 x 4 pack of Common Space Brewery "Hike More Hazy" Hazy IPA, 1 x 4 pack of La Chouffe Belgian Blonde Ale and 1 x 6 pack of Dust Bowl Brewing "Hops Of Wrath" IPA. IT'S ALL GOOD ! I also nabbed a large Crystal Geyser Natural Alpine Spring Water. I then headed way over the other side and picked out 1 x 2 pack of Corn Con Queso Empanadas and 1 x 2 pack of Poblano Cheese Empanadas ( a new one ). WOW...they were discounted by 20% and another 10% with our PRIME MEMBERSHIP. On the way I grabbed a couple of La Colombe Coffee Double Draft Lattes. In the meantime my wife had loaded up our shopping cart with a 4 pack of La Brea Bakery Torta rolls, Creminelli pepperoni salami minis, Alafi good soap, frozen Barramundi ( ON SALE ), Applegate salami sticks, hot Italian pork sausage, black figs, Hukitchen choc coated cashews, Royal Star papaya, Raos fettuccine pasta, bananas, white peach, 2 x Cabot Vermont Seriously Sharp White Cheddar, Justin choc bars and sliced provolone. WHEW ! Last but not least I needed some ice cream. For some reason Whole Foods Market do not sell my fav Haagen-Dazs ice cream so I had a look for something special. It was Nancy's Fancy Butterscotch Budino with a Carmel Rosemary Swirl......it was darn delicious too. THAT'S ALL FOLKS ! Very friendly service at the checkout !

Weird layout, very limited hot food and cold food selection, and no tables located inside.
