Friendly, affordable, well stocked, knowledgeable, and efficient. Needed 3 tires. They had em. I was back on the road in an hour. Don’t waste time with other places who’re going to tell you, “you need new tires” when there’s clearly life left. North Highland Tire Pros will restore your faith in helpful automotive specialists.

I had a few good experiences with this place but recently had a few in a row that were unfortunate.
First - I bought news tires for my Subaru, the TPMS sensor was triggered when I got the car back, didn't really think about it, figured it would reset once I had the chance to take it on the highway. Unfortunately, my partner used the car for the next few months and didn't know the sensor should go off, it stayed on and after I pulled the code I saw that the rear passenger side sensor was damaged. I took it to them and they would not admit that their tech likely damaged the sensor when replacing the tire. I'll chalk that to half in me as I should have confirmed the sensors sooner.
Next I recommended my mother to go get tires at the place because they had decent prices, they ended up cancelling last minute (day of) after my mother had made arrangements to get the vehicle to them and had to change around her schedule.
Last straw I called to see if they had an opening for an oil change either that day or the next, I was pretty flexible. They told me on the phone if I got there at 3 they had a slot and would get me in. When I showed up they instead said that it would actually be an hour and a half until they could actually get me in, which to me defeats the purpose of me confirming with them they had an opening.
Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend them based on lack of respect for customers time and poor customer service.

Great Service. The team there was able to find the best price for what I needed. My car needed additional work and they were able to get me back in to complete the work within a day of me calling back to schedule to have it done.

Rodrigo Acosta was very professional, personable and kind. They not only got four tires on my truck plus an alignment but also got an oil change done as well! Top notch service and highly recommended! Great job guys!

Great customer service had drinks and coffee was very nice I came in to get a new tire since it’s popped once I got off the freeway was fast with it knowing they where busy today took less then one hour I was well taken care of
