I visited Citi bank in north hills branch 026 (00745) and had a wonderful experience, Cashier Valeria was very helpful and caring, she is sweetest bank employee ever met, hundred time better than chase on Saticoy St. We need more kind people like her. wish her joyful life.

Worst branch I have ever been to. They refused to exchange $50 bills to $100. I asked to open an account on the spot, they gave me an appointment for later and could not open an account on the spot. The seafood city market exchange on the spot with no questions asked, yet a bank that my wife has been a customer of for more than 20 years was not able to help us out. 0 stars out of 5, but unfortunately, I can't give 0. The managers and bankers have attitudes and are very rude.

I opened an account because this bank branch is close to my house, and my decision was that after some time I wanted to open another bank account, but due to the professional and friendly attitude of the bank employees, I changed my decision and will open a few more accounts, including a business account, and I directed my friends and family to this bank branch. I wish you the best of luck, professional employees.

I've been going to this Branch for 2 years and they have absolutely been the best staff I've ever been involved with they take care of all my needs and are so happy and friendly and they are a fantastic staff in 2 years I've never received a survey so I thought I would write something on this Google post ,good job everyone that's helped me Val Steph Raji and the whole crewYours Truly Dylan Tucker cash on cash ATMs

Promotion is a bit of a SCAM. In March 2021, I signed up for a $400 bonus when I opened an account and to maintain said amount for 60 days. It stated that it could take up to 60-90 days after until the $400 shows up in my account. Fast forward to Feb 2022, I talked to a banker in person to inquire about the $400 bonus. He acknowledged that the $400 bonus will be looked into and will probably take a week. A week later, I received a message that they will give me $300 instead of $400 because they no longer have the $400 promo. Um, ok. So they will not honor what I signed up for and instead downgrade it based on the current promo. Although $300 was a good incentive for nearly a year, I think I'll be moving my money elsewhere.

I was very suspicious at first about banking with Citibank. But Citibank waiting lines where waaay shorter than the overly saturated Wells-Fargo bankers. Initially, I did had some frustrating issues in using my debit card with NFC via phone (basically citibank security isn't clear about verify you as the owner). I would expect that this is a temporary issue with new bankers; but Citibank doesn't know how important NFC option is for someone like myself that litterly earns payments and manages it on their phone. Citibank ultimately did showed much help and bettered my experience with them over a couple of months; especially when I request to have my debit card 2-day shipping from FedEx without fee. So, this bank has its pros and cons. If Citibank could better implement tools for users to verify themselves when linking a debit card via phone NFC.. then misplacing a debit card wouldn't ruine my day.This review is my experience with Citibank over the phone. Not so much of the employees at this branch.

one star is too much!! so nice to know this company is not helping customers that are out of work due to covid-19!! my husband has been unemployed since 3/15/20 and i work partime hours?? very very hard on us!! i turned my credit card over to a debt manangement company!! before this because of hospital bills?? citibank canceled the debt management and is now sueing me??? really???? would not recomemend this credit card at alllll!!!!!

Employees at this branch are fine, but Citibank, in general, is not a first level organization. Their on-line system is slow. They post credit transactions right now! But your payments do not show up for days longer. Calling Customer Service is an interesting adventure, as the waits are long, and the level of assistance is not customer-centric at all. My branch has been temporarily closed (Covid). When it reopens, I'll be moving my safe deposit box elsewhere.

I recently opened an account with Citibank North Hills I cannot rave enough about the staff at this establishment I came across a wonderful lady named Hetal PArmar it's been an hour with us trying to navigate through a difficult transaction a living track she was a wonderful person to work with I recommend this place to anyone the whole staff is wonderful thank you North Hills branch Carlos , sasha and Helta

Came in here needing help/questions about my account. Carlos who has a desk on your right as soon as you walk in. Greeted Me and gave me all my options. No pressure on opening another credit card or anything. Best experience I've had at this branch. Thank you Carlos!
