If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I went to the Northridge mall and some guy sat me down gave me a whole talk about my hair and did it with the straightener . It looked nice and I needed a new one. He said it was $300 and I said I'm broke so he dropped it down to $150 with taxes it came out to 164. I was a little hesitant but I said screw it he did my hair and gave me a whole speech the guy tried. This stupid shit didn't even turn on! I went back and they refused a refund! I made a claim with my bank hopefully they give me my money there a rip off !

Purchased halo extensions for a couple hundred dollars. Was told they would last years. In less than a year I lost inches of length on them. I did everything they said to with them, and used all the products they told me to. When I asked for a refund or something they told me no. So there goes hundreds of dollars. Will never waste my money again on their products.

Good afternoon, on March 13 I visit the Stonewood mall where I was approached by one of your sales person introducing this product to me I allowed her to use the wand and she continued with letting me know what this product does and how would help my hair she put the serum on my hair and I did mention to her that the serum smelled a bit weird she let me know that that serum has a certain smell because it’s taking out the nutrients and minerals and it’s helping my hair so it doesn’t burn this was about 130 I left the mall at 2:20 I got home wash my hair off with water because it smells really bad as I’m washing off my hair and put my fingers through my hair my hair started to fall out I have tried to call several times and there’s no answer, I have never experienced something like this in my hair continues to fall off it’s only been 24 hours and this is horrible I need to speak with someone I need to figure something out my hair is falling out please help

Warning this company got over on the wrong client with a legal background. It's sad because I actually liked the salesperson but not when you lie to me for a sale. Tell me product has warranty and tried to sell me other things too which I see is a lie here to as far as the warranty because of other reviews I see that was a lie too. Do not purchase from this place! They present their product as if it's some new technology that no one else has and that there is zero chance you will ever damage your hair and that you don't need any heat protectant a on your hair but you can use it at the highest setting for as long as you want. It's a scam the things they claim I researched it all after I got home and I'm livid. If you would like to join me please let me know as I take this info to my attorneys I specialize in bringing down big companies who make false claims about their product, false promises, don't provide a receipt and don't disclose important information during a transaction. If you were harmed in any way please also report them to the consumer protection agency. They will open an investigation. They charge an astronomical price making claims that they have special technology that no other product has and that the product will not damage your hair at the highest setting even if you left it on your hair for an hour straight and there is no chance that there tolls ca. Damage your hair. This is a lie. I going to sue this company. Only to get home after they did my hair and my hair look just the way it did before.

I Love there Extensions I bought two sets of the Clip ins, I done exactly what's going on they said when I bought them, Care for them as you would your own hair, That I have, Also I've Colired them many many times.Beleive it or not I've had my two sets for over 9yrs yes they thinned out a tad but nothing really noticeable, Not saying any names of the company but I bought some back in Nov there coming apart at the clips and look way older then the ones bought from Beauty and beyond..She 100% Remy Human Hair. I will not shop anywhere else again and waste my money, well worth it at the end..Thanks SHE Beauty and beyond

Company is a ripoff. Bought one of their straighteners less than a year ago with a lifetime warranty and it's falling apart. Upon contacting them they tried to sell me another straightener at a "reduced" price and refuse to honor the warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

At first I loved my Hair straightener I have purchased it about 10 years ago it was my first straightener I ever had and on my box which I kept for the past 10 years it says I have a 100% lifetime warranty and I have my paperwork since my paperwork is so old I can't really see that much of the fine print but when I called the customer service number about it the woman on the other line was like literally yelling at me saying if you buy a fridge it's a limited warranty and I tried telling her on the box it said lifetime 100% warranty. So then she's yelling at me and I said ma'am as a customer I really don't appreciate you yelling at me can we just talk calmly about this and she proceeded to hang up on me. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any company are used to love beyond the beauty. Now I will not support them I will not recommend them to my clients and I will not be buying any more things I will simply go get a new straightener from another brand that can appreciate me a little bit more in my opinion. I just can't believe how I was treated.

Complete sham/avoid at all costs: I bought a product from them and was told by the rep that I could purchase a lifetime warranty for $10. She gave me a branded brochure that said the same thing. Both she and the brochure gave me the website to go online and purchase the warranty. Once home, I went to the website, only to see that there is no lifetime warranty, the only warranty is a 2-year warranty and it is $34.95. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the company, I finally received a message that asked me to call. I did so and she was clearly trying to walk back availability of a warranty. But she said to send a photo of the brochure, and they would consider it. I did so, and she basically said I was scammed (even though it was clearly their brochure). This is a bait and switch operation; avoid them at all costs.

The BEST heating comb in the market! My daughter has afro hair and used to struggle with her straightners. i'm so glad that i've found a faster and better way for her to do it!

I recently got the clip in extensions and (I cannot stress this enough) WOW!!! my hair is naturally curly and super damaged from dying it so i haven't been able to grow it past my shoulders in years. I've used other brands before but they always felt really crispy and bulky - these clips are perfect for adding length without feeling like you have a wig on. I got the 22" in #1 Jet Black, they matched my hair perfectly plus the hair texture is wayyy nicer than my actual hair I was worried about putting them in because I'm clumsy at hair stuff but the tutorial on YouTube made it super easy. I basically just straightened my hair, put in the extensions and then used a big barrel curling wand (also from Beyond the beauty) to hide my split ends and add some natural texture back in. I really want to get the ponytail extensions next because it would be nice to be able to wear these in a rush

The flat iron they try on your hair at the stand in Lenox is definitely not the one she sold me! Not to mention the one that I bought is online for 49.00! I’m beyond pissed that they would be taking advantage people!
