Absolutely horrible experience. The phones are overpriced and if you want to port your number to a different company, the employees get a attitude and automatically become everything but helpful. They make you go through a song and dance to call customer service to get the pin number so that You can authorize the port. AndLuis, once he realized we were talking about porting, gave us the number to call only to find out Customer Service is closed on Sunday. I asked him if he knew it was closed when he gave me the number and he said no and then he said it’s usually closed on Sunday. So clearly he’s playing games. My uncle has cricket service, thank goodness I don’t after this experience, I will never ever ever deal with them. And whatever you do try to avoid this location because this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with them. I had hoped they’ve gotten better but my experience with Luis today clearly shows they have not.

they charged me $300 for the same phone that was online for free without advising anything and then charge for accessories and claimed that it brought the price down by $50 they are liars they will screw you!!
SAVE YOURSELF GO NEXT DOOR TO METRO OR BOOST

this business is a whole scam saw they were selling phones on offer up for them just to tell me other ppl run there accouts lol for laura jus to deactivate the account right in front of mr then lie about it said get a iphone for $99 with a trade in numer or new customer for her jus to tell me it was wrong on offer up and they dont honor that watse of time and brain cells with this lady she lookm like she jus had a train ran on her hair crazy tacky clothes jus looked like a hot mess no wonder everything was a mess jus unprofessional and now i know why i never delt with cricket or metro they in the same boat jus save ur life and do business with another company. FALSE ADVERTISMENT HERE

They messed with my account now my phone gets disconnected by the company every month. They will randomly over charge me as well, it’s been an absolute nightmare and it all started when I changed plans at this store.
