Amazing! I have looked around at multiple Extra Space locations, but this one is without a doubt the best one in the area. It is kept very clean by the staff, and making stops there is always a pleasant experience. Roxanne is absolutely amazing and truly takes care of the tenants there! This location has great temperature-controlled units, with a variety of sizes. The overall location is fantastic, but the staff is what truly makes this location stand out even more. Highly recommended!

Great experience at Extra Space on Troost in North Hollywood.
My rep was ROXANNE. She was very courteous & business friendly. She took time to explain everything in detail. I was happy with her service and I certainly would recommend Extra Space to others, as well as letting Extra Soace know how special and helpful Roxanne wss.

Our family has had a unit at this location for a while now. Love that it’s temperature controlled and I can always get a cart to use when needed. Easy parking and the property managers keep it clean.

I’ve been storing at this location for just about a year and my experience has been so amazing thanks to Roxanne and Jonathon. It’s so refreshing to experience someone who shows compassion and is as helpful as possible. It makes the whole experience seamless and easy. I used to be with public storage and literally left because they treated me like a unit number, but with Roxanne expect some genuine small talk and possibly a hug! Jonathon keeps the premises so clean so that is obviously a huge plus. Thank you, both!

I have been using Extra Space Storage since 2020 and have always had a very positive experience. They are safe and reliable for storage and have always provided excellent customer service. I would easily recommend this location to any of my friends looking for a little more space in their homes or businesses.

Roxanne is awesome. I really love how knowledgeable that she is about her location. She was extremely helpful and personal. We actually shared some great stories about life. I happen to share the same birthday as her mother (different year) So far I am happy with Extra Spaces in NH. Extremely happy with Roxanne. Head over there and ask for Roxanne. Thank you Roxanne.

The manager at this building, Location is amazing. She’s helped me through so many different situations. Including helping me find the best unit with the best rate. I like this building it stays clean and easy to access.
