The best used car I've ever bought came from here. Bought in 2017, still running , zero problems!

Bought a Kia Sorento from Greg and works great. Took it to a mechanic prior to the purchase and found some minor issues that Greg and I both went half in the payment.

These guys are terrible. Typical sleazy used car salesman. They even smell like old cologne and cigarette smoke. I was looking to trade in my car and they made me a very high offer on the phone and then when I got to the office they made me a very low offer because they got some "new info on the car". Now, they did this all BEFORE THEY HAD SEEN THE CAR OR GOTTEN ANY SPECS ON IT. I kept asking if they wanted to look at the car but they seemed weirdly disinterested in that small detail-- perhaps hoping I would agree to a price right away? I have no idea. The whole time they were incredibly condescending and when I wouldn't agree to a very low price, one of the men violently kicked the nearby fence out of frustration. I had to laugh at the absurdity which made him more angry and then he gave me a slightly higher offer. I felt like I was in an abusive relationship with a sweaty villain from an 80's action movie. Not exactly good vibes. So I drove to CarMax and got a very good cash offer with no fence kicks.

Totally professional, and great to work with. Didn't get our car from them because of a financing hiccup, but would totally recommend this dealership. Guy is straight to business, and perfectly pleasant. Ignore the weirdos out here trippin, nobody's got time for chronic complainers.

When we bought the vehicle we were told it had clean history, and an Auto Check was provided through experian (Not CarFax which is much more reputable). Recently went to trade in the vehicle and found out on CarFax that it had an odometer rollback of 15k miles on it at one point, which was mysteriously omitted on the Experian report we received during the purchase. Unfortunately this devalued the vehicle immediately, also meaning we seriously overpaid for the vehicle, and in turn will make it almost impossible to sell for us. I reached out and let them know this finding and was told CarFax is just too expensive to use for them here, which is why they use Experian Auto Check, but clearly don't make our mistake and do your homework next time. Ensure the car is legit, run your own report so you're not buying a fraudulent vehicle.

I recently purchased my first car ever in my life and I was so nervous. I found a car on CarGurus and received an email right away from Greg. He showed me several other cars in my price range but I decided to go with the original one I inquired about. Greg made the process so easy. I was in and out within 2 1/2 hours. Greg went above and beyond to make sure I had a good first car buying experience. I am so happy with my new-to-me-car!

Absolutely do not waste your time here. Lemon cars and bad service. The 1 month warranty is BS, not worth it!

Outstanding experiencing!! Greg was the consummate professional. He was very transparent and went above and beyond by picking me up from the train station since I was coming from out of town. I would recommend his dealership - he was not pushy at all, instead Greg was very down to earth . I walked away with a great car.

So heres my story about Greg at Good Vibes, or more accurately, Good Lies Auto. After buying the car with my daughter, my mechanic informed me that the front tires were worn and in fact illegal by CA standards. Unfortunately I did not notice that prior to the purchase. I contacted Greg and he informed me where to go and get a couple of used tires, stating very clearly IN A TEXT, that he would reimburse me up to $80. I got the tires, sent him the receipt, and Surprise! he now refuses to pay and will not respond to my last 4 or 5 texts. Now you tell me if you would trust a car saleman who gives you his word, in writing, then refuses to honor his written word? Looking for a dealer with integrity? Then I stongly advise you to avoid Good Lies Auto. Next stop, small claims court with my printed text messages in hand. See you soon Greg.

Worse experience ever. Greg (
[email protected]) made it seemed like he was doing me a favor by selling me a car. Guy got upset when asked if the car price was negotiable. Freaking idiot starting yelling in front of my wife and three kids (one is three years old). Trust me. Go elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
