John is extremely knowledgeable and professional at what he does. My family and I have multiple policies with him and he has always given us solid advice and direction. What really stands out is his ability to explore all options, give his opinion on what best fits our needs, without trying to sell us what's best for him. It's not often you find someone actually looking out for other's best interest before their own. John definitely gets my recommendation!

This review is long overdue. I purchased my ins with Cynthia and John a couple years ago. Cynthia has been very professional, responsive and helpful with answering all my questions when I call her or email her. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and more than happy to share her expertise I Highly recommend John and Cynthia!!!!

Great office and quick customer service. I have been with John for over 12 years, my father for over 40 years. I never think to look for another agent because John, Cynthia and the rest of his staff are very professional. Makes you feel like family!!

After having this agency cover my home for over 20 years, the rates went up by 30% this year. I did not get a single phone call, email, or warning. As a matter of fact, we never got a single phone call from this agent in the 20 years we had coverage--just the annual holiday card. There are too many agents that want your business and will show you they want it. Go elsewhere (I got much better rates with Farmer's!)

I have been dealing with Johns office for about 12-13 years now, they have always helped me quickly and happily when adding or subtracting cars over the years. John has always gone out of his way to help me save some money on my premiums. On a couple claims I have had, he and his staff has always walked me through the process and kept me up to date.I definitely recommend his services and value!

Stephanie at this office is completely unprofessional. She constantly has a tone and attitude every time I call to make my payments. She has never been nice or helpful, not once. I finally got tired of her customer service for the last time and am going to find a new agent through State Farm. John’s employees need to learn respect.

Terrible customer service! His employee hung up in my face. After she failed to do her job. My policy entered their office August 18th. I was in communication via text with her about my policy and she kept telling me there nothing she can do because she doesn't have access to the policy. Yet immediately after I spoke to John she was able to get that information. She did not want to help me to begin with. The only thing she did was keep in contact with me, let the policy cancel and be defensive when I ask her questions. Do yourself a favor and take your business else where.

John is the man when it comes to being taken care of and getting an excellent rate. He has serviced my insurance needs for years now. His customer service is out of this world. A completely personable character. John services my insurance needs for auto, homeowners, firearms, boats, ohv's and life. Give him a shot, you'll be happy you did.
