Horrible. Worst location. Workers move like sloths on purpose. Waited an hour just so they can tell me they can't read my check and told me to deposit in atm. What was the point of me waiting!! Don't ever go here people

This is a racist branch location. I went to cash my check from a customer who had Bank of America. I just cashed another check from them at a different location a day prior. They took 40 minutes trying to find any reason not to give me my money then they said the signature doesnt match. There's 2 accounts on the check. What do you mean it doesn't match. I don't come in the bank covered in paint and sweat just to try to run a scam. I work my own business and just made their 2 week check in 1 day. You never seen a black man make more money than you??? Not once did they try to call and confirm the check with the check issuer which is their customer and that's crazy

This is the worst location ever. Every single timeI go the wait is no less than 45 minutes and they never have more than 1 teller. I am here now 9:50 am Friday morning, 10 people in line and only 2 tellers. Why don't they hire more people ?The male lobby manager is never in the lobby as he should be wasting even more of my time bc I was in the wrong line once . Maybe if he was there I would have asked him which line I'm supposed to be in instead of wait 15 minutes until he decides to appear in the lobby. This man should be demoted or fired. Young Hispanic man with a beard. Worst place ever, I mean they are better off shutting it down.

Kept putting a week hold on my checks, the third time I deposited my check online it was available the next day. And now, I tried depositing again and they decided hold it again for 7 days. Wow, and there’s no way to cancel it! Fantastic! Imagine, you needed the money for bills and they kept putting a hold on it after 3 deposits. How amazing that is, right!

Just left Bank of America and I was very happy with my experience. Went to open up a checking/ savings account and was helped by Diana Navarro. She was very welcoming and had a lot of knowledge with everything that has to do with banking. I've gone to banks before where it felt like the agents would want to just hurry and get you out of there without giving you much information. But she was great to work with. I will definitely be coming back to bank with her in the near future.

Worst bank of a America branch I've been to to cash my check. The curly hair teller was snooty and was no help at all. I wouldn't recommend banking with bank of america at all. It's no wonder they only have 1 1/2 stars and hope this branch closes. Get it together guys.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. We had to wire some important items over and the teller made an error on the recipient. We noticed it so mentioned it to the teller and they said it would be fine. Well, it was not fine. Our wire was not accepted due to the error and my husband and I spent nearly an entire work day trying to fix the issue. The branch manager said he would take care of it but when the recipient company waited and waited for it to come through it did not. Worst bank ever. Truly makes me reconsider staying with Bank of America.

I highly recommend this BofA Norwalk branch. I needed to meet with a Customer Care representative to open a new joint account. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by manager who help me meet with an account manager -- Marvin Curiel. I do not consider myself a big fish but I have to tell you that I was treated like one, from the manager who greeted me, also the teller who answered my questions with patience and most importantly the representative (Mr. Curiel) who took care of my banking needs. This bank has very good customer service and really takes care of their customers. It may get so busy at times but rest assure, they do their very best to take care of their customers. I tried the Gridley branch and was so disappointed, they need training from Norwalk.. So, my go-to bank is the Norwalk location BofA.

IT IS ALWAYS UNDER STAFF. WAIT TIME IS INSANE. WITH ONLY 2 SLOOOOW TELLERS MAYBE 3 AT TIMES. NOT TALKING ABOUT THE ONES THAT SIT IN THE CUBICLES. SAD THEY ARE SERVING THE ELDERLY & SPANISH COMMUNITY, WITH NO DISREGARD TO BETTER SERVE OUR COMMUNITY!!!
