Chase bank online banking stopped working for me. Without warning, my computer was unable to log in to my Chase Bank online banking website. I got a screen saying I needed to update Safari to the latest version, but I had the last update available. I called the Chase online support and they told me they no longer support my Safari browser and I can no longer log in to the site. They told me they changed their system to provide a better experience for customers, but I can't use it. Amy was not able to explain how getting permanently locked out was a better experience for me. This is terrible customer service. Chase should not change their online banking system so that it does not work for some customers. If you have the same problem, I urge you to call the Chase online support, 877-242-7372, and complain.

I went in to open a business account. The banker who I spoke with was headed to lunch so was unable to assist me.She told me that another banker would be available in approximately 20 minutes. However after waiting 30 minutes and not having either seen another banker or anyone for that matter that could help me open the account I left.Based on my observations while waiting, the staff didn't seem to be to focused on customer service. Additionally, the bank itself just didn't appear to be any place I would want to conduct business let alone trust with my money.

Best team anywhere beginning with Susan who is always personable and helpful. Then her support staff Tina Marie and Susie, very sharp and knowledgeable! Then Parvene, Asa, Brandon, Brea, and Oscar!! All of them are very unified and treat us like their family! Love you guys!! Mike and Punkin!

Horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I wanted to open an account with them and this girl , her name Kathy or Liz was so rude and ignored my questions. No professional mannerisms at all. Try to go other chase branch if possible. Staffs are so unwelcoming and rude.

Why does Chase make banking so hard ? At this Norwalk branch there are no bankers only tellers. I see a lot of their other branches are the same. Norwalk citizens have to drive to another city to sit down with a banker - Other banks don't do that. Call any of Chase numbers and they either don't answer or never return your call or you wait f o r e v e r on the line. Anyway, aside for being notorious for bad service they now want to charge me $35 a month unless I maintain $150,000 (yes, one hundred and fifty thousand dollars) in my account(s). Is Chase going under....again? Terrible. I am taking my business elswhere.

MR. Andrew Valencia is the best. My parents had appointment with him and they did not speak English fluently. Mr. Valencia was respectful and helped with what they needed help with.
