I was given wrong prescription I called the pharmacy to let them know. They said bring the unopened prescription back and they would exchange it. Wow ! What bad information I was given and MICHELLE was super rude act like she was superior then me. She asked me an honest question and I honestly didn't know the answer bcuz of all the confusion and replied to her that I didn't know. She said I didn't answer her question but bcuz of the confusion I honestly didn't know. Then ti make a long story short as a customer she refused to resolve my issue and refused to work with me. Very rude MICHELLE. I will b back to file a formal complaint against her.

There is nothing more valuable than time. This pharmacy closes for lunch and this detail is not reflected in any professional posting online or in store. I was told to sit for "5 minutes" to wait for my medication and was never called. After 20 minutes I approached the desk and was told they had been paging me which is NOT TRUE. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake would have helped. Between waiting for their lunch to end and waiting for them to call my name this process took well over an hour.

Please if you can go to another cvs do so! I refuse to support a business with bad customer service. I wish I could have asked for the pharmacist name who assisted me through the phone but -just be aware she was rude and seemed so unhappy to have her job. You chose this career and if you hate it gladly work else where :-)! There's others that have a passion for their career and have patient care which this individual lacked. Like I said I'll never be placing an order for this location again. Management should really do a better job in hiring.

So I have really bad chronic pain, I had a full knee replacement, had spine/neck fusion which is still very painful most times, nerve damage in both arms, tears and other stuff in left shoulder and had right shoulder injury that did not go great and to make it worse also lower back pain and bone spurs in my other knee! I have been going to this cvs for years and now out the blue there is I guess a new pharmacist and young one at that that thinks she is god! Telling me they need to know why the PAIN specialist doctor again why the PAIN SPECIALIST DOCTOR is giving me an extra 15 pills a month for pain! I guess this pharmacist thinks she know better than a DOCTOR!

This pharmacy has the best pharmacist ever, Albert! He totally went above and beyond to help me out of a bind. If I was not a Kaiser patient, I would totally come to this pharmacy every time!!

This CVS pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service I've been trying to get a refill on a prescription that is medically necessary for me to take everyday and they keep giving me the run around and refuse to call my dr and help me get this refilled. My Dr has already told me that she called to refill it and for whatever reason they say they don't have it and need to get it approved by the Dr. If I end up in the hospital this CVS is the reason why.

Really poor customer service! Not efficient at filling prescriptions at all, always issues when it comes to pick up any prescription.They work very slow all the time, and when they tell you that they don't have the medication ready, and is going to take15 to 30 minutes, and you tell them that you will wait for it since you are there, when the medication is ready they send you to do a line, when they should give you the medication without going to the line because they make you wait for no reason, because your Dr. Had Authorized the medication with time in advance and they didn't have it ready when it supposed to, but that happens when two of the Asian girls and the fat Asia guy is there, they are very arrogant I had witnessed couple time when one of this girls was giving a bad service to an elderly lady, one of then name is Grace the other one who was giving bad service to the lady doesn't were a name tag same the guy, they should have a name tag displayed to the customer, but they don't wear it because they know customer will get their names to report them.This Pharmacy had a lot of complaints for their bad service, the only ones who will speak good things of them, are the ones who are very close friends of them.

If you're in dire need to use the restroom while shopping at this facility, I suggest you look elsewhere. Almost every single person who works here will say everything they can to ensure you wont be able to get that darn code. Ive seen it happen and had it happen to myself as well. Thats ok. The one time I used it because someone was coming out of it, the bathroom was filthy. Poor customer service with just a handful of professional workers. Just run in and out to get your medications. Dont look back

*my review is for the Covid vaccine appointments* My five year old needed to get her vaccination and this was one of the closet locations available. Made an online appointment. Before you arrive, there will be a check in text message when you are fifteen minutes early. We got there half an hour early so we just walked around the store. Once the check in kit up, we checked in. There was a corner area with some chairs and a little cover (not so covered) area for privacy. The nurse on duty was Denise and she was very friendly, patient and professional. My daughter attempted the vaccine 2 times but threw a fit and was hyperventilating to the side. My husband had to come and we needed to wait until she was 50% ready. Denise was very kind and just let us allow everyone else to go first. On the third try, my daughter almost ran away again and it took myself and her husband to hold her down. Yes, it was awful but Denise was super fast, precise and got it done under very difficult circumstances. As expected, my daughter was whaling about the whole procedure. We couldn't thank Denise enough. She was so kind even though my daughter was crazy. Thanks for making a great experience despite of a not so great situation. My daughter had zero arm soreness or bruising from the injection :) thank you again.

Don't bother calling they do not answer to prove a point I called and stayed on hold for 1hr 22 mins with no luck. I'm all for hiring disabled people as a mother to one myself. However every staff member here has a disability which leads to every single time I go people walk in and out with stuff for free. They steal openly is so sad. Even the security guard is a little slow. Example they see a man walk in with a backpack he fill his bag with stuff walking freely around the store As staff follows them scared to say anything. Then as he leaves they all stand there without calling for any type of help in the 15 minutes he was there. To make matters worse. Thay man goes to hang out with his new free stuff right outside and the cvs staff is too scared to call the police or make any type of reports.. this happens every single time. They are very nice however I spend about min 50.00 every time I go and I see these druggys and homeless freely getting away with it and hanging out untouchable outside. They are taking advantage of the staff disabilities.
