This location DID NOT take my exchange although the receipt stated any Goodwill store in Southern CA. My purchase was made at Downey location but they go by districts.I would come back but only to donate items, they have a drive up section.

In my community. Great location. Awesome selection of items. Fabulous price for thrifting.

Staff here is super friendly and I've found some pretty cute items on my little trips here :) love the return policy as well, so it's definitely my go to goodwill when I need something or just wanna treat myselfPrices are a bit high for a thrift store but it makes sense given inflation and how popular thrifting has become which sucks but its obviously not the staffs fault lol

Cleanest most organized and well priced Goodwill I have ever been to Staff was also super sweet. I came in 20 minutes before they closed. I wish I had more time.

Just came to make a donation and got nothing but attitude from the lady with the red hair who has been mentioned in several comments. She was incredibly angry from the moment she stepped out of her car to open the store. I can't pretend to know what she was going through this morning but she was incredibly rude.

Worst service today, not only did the employee refused to aid an old lady who can barely walk to take one bag and a container from her car, he also rejects furniture because of 2 very thin barely visible scratches, I am moving out of town , decided to take a few stuff including a kids activity table. had 2 very thin scratches and was rejected by the employee because it is "damaged" and furniture can not be damaged.. since when?? It is a secondhand store ....Takes one person to mess up the customer service

prices so ridiculous you could go to dds discount and get the same thing new. this is not ok. At swap meets i get used jeans for 3 dollars flat no tax. How will low income people afford clothes with these outrageous prices. No wonder people steal from your stores now.

I love to shop for jeans I redo them, patchwork and create to design a new-looking pair, etc. But the thrift stores are not what they use to be. I'm not paying $10 for old used jeans. Different locations have better items and lower prices.

This is my mom's neighborhood Goodwill. She always finds a cute blouse, pants, dress, etc. whenever I take her here. She is a big fan of Goodwill and there are plenty of gently used items and occasionally even a brand new item with their original store tag on them. A few months ago, I even found a super cute elf shirt for my office's Christmas party. If you find a certain colored tag assigned for 50%, that's awesome! We have on occasion. The folks working around the racks and aisles as well as the cashiers have been kind and pleasant when we have visited. I've not yet donated at this location (I've donated at the Torrance ones.) yet, but I here the staff in the donation section are good. (via my Elite friend's review)There is plenty of parking including the disability spots in the front.Mom is always delighted to shop here so, for us 4 Stars it is!

I've never purchased anything from this store but I went there to drop off some furniture and clothes that were left by my mother after she passed. I had been looking for somewhere to take these items but it was late and the truck carrying them wasn't mine, but that of a friend who wasn't going to be available after that day to help me transport the stuff so I had to find somewhere to take it. Fortunately, there's a nice guy named Andrew at this place who took all the stuff even though it was past the time when they stop accepting items. This review is more about this employee than it is about the store. He was very nice and helpful and saved me a great deal of hassle. I hope the items will go to people who need it and my thanks goes out to Andrew for being so helpful. If I were to ever operate my own business, Andrew is just the type of person I would want dealing with the public. Thanks again, Andrew.

I would give this store zero stars. There’s an employee there with red hair & glasses . They need to get rid of her. When I walked in the store it was empty & usually a goodwill is full but now I see why . She needs to take a customer service class or something because this store will lose customers because of her. Her attitude is disgusting.

Went to shop for a last minute shirt for a networking meeting. Had to use the bathroom first because I didn't want to choose under pressure obviously, and an African American woman who must have profiled me as homeless (and in an earlier time I was) because I'm a little unkempt today, hence why I'm buying decent clothes, comes up to and says "no public restrooms". I then proceed to tell her I'm going to buy something but I'd like to do it without feeling like I have to urinate while doing it. Lucky for her the frustration she gave me made the feeling go away. She then goes to talk to another coworker about what just happened and then points at me, then the bathroom, so I come over and ask her if there's a problem she can talk directly to me about it. She claims she was mentioning something else and walks off. This same woman then goes back to the back of the store where she talks about the same situation to *somebody else* who works here, and I just let it go. Helpful tip: de-escalate yourself with the customer present, away from earshot, or when the customer leaves. Passive aggressive talk like this is inflammatory and bad for business. This location doesn't seem to be that well run based on other reviews and I tend to agree.

I went in there with my 5 year old son who has ASD. I was walking around pushing a shopping cart and my son wanted to sit in the cart. I was told he couldn't by one female worker there. I explained to her that I would try and shared that it may be a little a difficult because we've never been told he couldn't get on it. She said there was a sign and that she was just telling me before the store manager told me something. I complied. As I was pushing the shopping cart encouraging my son to help me push the cart instead of getting on top of it, a male worker (Brian) approached me and told me he had to get off it immediately. I told him the same thing, that I was trying and that it was a little hard because he's special needs and doesn't understand right away. He had the audacity to tell me "but I'm telling you and you understand". Again, I told him I am trying. Then he walked away. This is very upsetting. He needs to be aware of disabilities and learn to NOT treat others differently. He needs to learn compassion and empathy. I will not be coming back to this location. I called hours later to get his name because I will be making a complaint on him.
