I purchased a washer and dryer on 17th of March they set up Delivery for 19th Of March which I was really happy. This would work out perfect so I took the day off. They showed up at the house but they didn't have the stacking parts so they rescheduled for the 20th (another day off work)the following day they showed up and installed both units, there was a big dent on the dryer so they called it in and rescheduled for the 22nd (so then again I took another day off). This is now three separate delivery dates on the 22nd they bring the new dryer but it also is damaged at this point I go back to the store and they make it seem like it's my fault, Jasmin was the only person who was willing to help, she rescheduled them to be back out on the 26th so again, I take another day off now on the 26th they deliver the new unit and install but the installer do a terrible job by removing the dryer from on top. They ended up scratching the drawer on the washer. So now at this point I'm pretty upset I've taken four days off and I still have a damage item. I contact Delivery Service from Lowe's, they are giving me hassle and telling me that I need to call the manufacturer if I want a new drawer. If not, they are gonna have to bring a new washer and install that would be five days off work. I just can't believe how inconvenience and how nobody really seems to care. They wanted to offer me $100 but I would lose the warranty why would I buy a new machine to not have a warranty. The driver said why don't you just go to the store and switch it out the drawer with one of the units they have on site...My answer was why don't you go to the store and switch it out. As of today Lowe's has been very rude and unsupportive and made it seem like it's my fault. Still have a messed up washer from their delivery service that doesn't know how to install. They also sold me a stacking kit for $59 four pieces of plastic, which I found on Amazon for $9.95 i returned there back, which were the same brand and save $40.

Lazy personal working here, and what's worst managers know it. Pressed the help button 3 times nobody came for help no wonder people shop at other places. It seems like employees can't care less about keeping a job in times of pandemic and they let you know what kind of people they're hiring. I guess they're expecting another hand out from government.

Very unhappy with Lowe's bought a refrigerator 2 weeks ago they delivered last Saturday I paid for installation and haul away they didn't install nor haul away they just left the refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen I complained to them and they rescheduled for today the driver called and said he didn't have a water line and couldn't install it. I've been calling their customer service and keep getting hung up on.

A word of advice to the sour, curly haired customer service associate in returns: Your job is to help people when they have a concern not to snatch their phone out of their hand and mutter under your breath, as if I'm ruining the best part of your day. Get A Grip. You work in customer service, pal. I've been shopping at this location for years and let me tell you, it could use one heck of an overhaul from a customer experience standpoint. Do better

Terrible experience with purchasing washer and dryer. Upon delivery the dryer was broken, you have to purchase another one if you want them to exchange it. So once I purchased another dryer to have it exchanged. The personal showed up and removed the broken dryer and then brought it right back into the house. The unit worked with out making a noise, with in 20min it begin making the original grinding noise. Extremely disappointed, what’s the purpose of purchasing a new one if they don’t exchange, or don’t make you aware they didn’t change it out, shady business.

This is a massive Lowes, huge, but I typically go there for... salt pellets for my water softener. Where do they keep them? In the exit after the checkout. Dumbest place ever. The layout of the store needs a redo, light bulbs should be where lights are, nothing should be past the exit except advertising of services. It might also be wise to move the pick up lockers to the exit side. Either way they make you walk through a portion of the store for a pick-up? Just a couple suggestions. Most of the time I go to Home Depot because the layout makes sense. Pick up lockers are outside, no need to go into the store at all.

If I can give zero stars I would. I purchased a washer two years ago and bought the five year protection plan thinking it was a good deal. My washer stopped working and it was a hassle to even have someone come check it out I was rescheduled twice by the authorized company. Then I come to find out it takes them about a week or two to even get the part that I need and they have no rush service or any sort of help to be out of a washer for three weeks is ridiculous. How do they expect this to be a convenient way of having my washer repaired if it’s giving me more of a headache to have to deal with the warranty and not have someone directly talk to me and let me know what is going on. Do not buy the protection plans they are not worth the hassle

Horrible customer service. The person they sent to cu the blinds refuse to cut them stating he couldn’t cut them to cover a window with 71x35 inches in measurement. Lazy staff.

This is a late review. I remember this review because it just popped up on my Notes but every single employee look like they hated their job. I was looking for a jar or a bag of grass seed and we walked around three times then I finally found it. No one wants to help you. And if they do, it seems like you’re interrupting them. It’s so uncomfortable.
