I am giving 5 stars to Robert and Yolanda! Both very attentive and sensitive to my needs with a prior issue. Took care of it very smoothly and made me feel very confident about my purchase. Would definitely go back and have them help me. Thank you Robert and Yolanda for all your help!☺️

Woman on the phone this morning offered no help she indicated I was to poor to afford insurance on the iPhone 13 I have which is insured and when asked about if there’s anything I can do in store she said go to Apple ! People like this are a bad representation of company

Another T-Mobile store did not want to help with my concerns on my device and rather upsell me on a new device. This location was a lot different. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I won’t go to another location as they are always helpful. My mothers phone now works and it was only a sim issue. They helped right away and I was put the store less than 10mins. Thanks for the help. The day we upgrade devices, this would be our location.

They rather talk among themselves than help the customers. I had to wait for somebody I knew from before he helped me as much as he could.

I said hello to customer service rep Judith and they said they would be with me shortly. Waited for 20 minutes at the same table for Judith to finish with customer. As the customers finished transaction and left Judith walked to the back and didn’t acknowledge me or say “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Completely ignored me, when customers service rep Judith returned she walked past me and helped another family in the lobby. Judith Checked in the family and went to another couple continuously ignoring me. Felt very discriminated Against for my skin color due to dirty looks and the way I was ignored. Very upset with the experience and no longer want t-mobile. Do not go here! Very disappointed?

Went in recently to upgrade my phone and was greeted immediately. The service was friendly but the manager Tony was acting very unprofessional. The women on staff are nice but the manager was horrendous. he has a straight serious face and acts annoyed to assist customers. i've come to this store a few times and noticed he only speaks spanish when it is convenient for him. sometimes telling customers "no hablo español" and other times communicates with them in spanish. Not very customer friendly in general which is odd for someone working in customer service. The representative who assisted me was named Judith. She did a great job in assisting me even if the manager left a bad taste in my mouth.

I just picked up my Valentines Mug and this is what I got so disappointed :( I was expecting a nice clean cup nothing fancy but also not something that looks used.

This store is clean and has ample parking. Their Staff and managers are friendly and provides very good service. The only problem is TMobile's cellular signal in Norwalk is quite week. Two bars of cellular signal at the most while you are in the city of Norwalk.

Today my uncle try to buy his sister a phone . A new Galaxy 13 and the price was $1300 plus . He felt she was trying to rip him off of his hard working money . He was already approve for any phone . He declined the sales girl at this shop 230pm shift . So then my uncle went to another metro 1574 Pioneer in city of Norwalk . He walked out with the phone $275 . SO BE CAREFUL RAZA AND THE COMMUNITY ..

This store has the worst customer service I ever experienced. I was waiting for my turns to be served. When one of the employees, by passed my turn and served another customer who came after me. So I had it, so I left the store.
