Called to ask for a 10' truck and employee used a foul word (F - O), in response to me asking to repeat his question !!!Not sure that a lack of understanding how to speak our English language should warrant a poor choice of words to communicate. Maybe don't eat food when picking up the phone??? NEVER USING THIS FACILITY.

Very rude, unprofessional and worst customer service ever and this was just over the phone. He even hung up on me. I feel bad for this business because I cannot see anyone going to him for business. Someone take this man to Disneyland or introduce him to a yoga class or something so that he may get a little joy in his life or at least let the bad energy out some other way other than on potential customers.

Wish i can give them 0 star. So unprofessional rude no communication at all cancel my reservation still try to charge me $50 cancellation fee. Never going here again. The man is so rube

The owner of this loation is very rude. It's not an Uhaul dealer. It's a gas station. I had a hard time finding this because there's no Uhaul sign. Don't go to this location for Uhaul or for gas.
