Worse experience at this Wells Fargo. They were late for my appointment. The banker set up my account wrong so I didn’t have access to my online account for a week and also didn’t have my bank card because it was a new account so I didn’t have access to my money for an entire week unless I went In the branch and presented my ID, which was so inconvenient. Over all the entire experience was horrible and it made me wish I had NEVER BANKED with Wells Fargo. I should have went with chase.

I went to make a business cash deposit, the guy at the cashier was VERY RUDE, if I made a mistake was not the way to treat a customer, I went to do business, not asking for charity, you guys should pay attention to your staff, VERY DISGUSTING experience

I have been a Wells Fargo member since 2004, I have been to many Wells Fargo locations even in other states and have dealt with them positively so many times. Today on my way home from work I was driving on Downey Boulevard and decided to cash my check at this Wells Fargo OMG what a big mistake. It's Friday around the time where everyone gets off, the manager has a scheduling issue and sends one of the three tellers off to break during the Friday rush. Some lady came in from a business making a week's worth of deposits in small denominations eating up basically like half an hour to 45 minutes of the teller's time leaving one teller open, then that tell her experienced a terminal malfunction and had to reset the terminal and that took 10 minutes and meanwhile the line was practically to the door. I don't know what you got to do but the game plan on a Friday after work for everybody has got to get better here

No cash on any of the three ATM on the weekend is just unacceptable. What banks stand for other than manage money . This locations needs better management.

Not easy to work with. But most Wells Fargo banks aren't so what do you expect. Probably should switch banks to almost anything else

Day before Thanksgiving and they are closed and it says they are open, with all the negative reviews because lack of staff they should just SHUT IT DOWN completely that way people don't waste their time and Fuel coming here.

This location lacks sense of urgency and leadership. The branch manager was on vacation and there were 2 tellers and 15 ppl in line. There were 2 men in suits asking how they could help, We don’t need a greeter, we need more people on the teller line. This is ridiculous! This bank has so much money why can’t they hire enough staff and send tellers to lunch strategically. I waited in line for 30 minutes, and all I needed was change.

It is 1:15 pm and Friday the 15 of July and there’s only 2 tellers working slowly . Me and about 7 others have been safe ding in line for about 15 min! They need more tellers here , this branch is going downhill. The machines in the front don’t work well.Please hire more people because EVERH TIME. I come in here the line is long and moving very slow. Makes the wells cargo experience HORRIBLE

There is always line here , waiting 30 min in line doesn’t matter what time of the day you visit this branch. Service is very very slow in this branch, horrible management

Only one or two tellers. Extremely long lines. Once your done waiting in line outside, you’ll have to wait even more inside.
