I LOVE CVS! The pharmacy staff, app, and actual store is the best out there! The pharmacy always has my order ready and is super easy to pick up. The app sends you a text when preparing the rx and another text when ready to pick up. The app lets you message pharmacy with any questions, and they always get back within an hour. Most times within minutes. The app also charges you, so all you do is show barcode on your phone when you pick up med and it’s all paid for. Beyond easy! No making you walk around the store for 30+ minutes like all the other pharmacies do. I highly recommend CVS to everyone if you want the friendliest and easiest experience getting your meds.

I went 10 minutes before closing and the girl locked the door right in my face and didn’t even bother to look back and the young man started laughing Thats so unprofessional for someone to do that wort experience ever they said they close early because of an alarm like what????

I frequently have problems here. Unprofessional, uncaring about the customers time that they waste. Took months for them to make script sync work, sometimes they call me in to wait around for 3 separate pickups within 10 days, and i am only on 4 meds!!!! They rather tell you about how they can't do something, than tell you which pharmacy can. The CVS at Bon Aire does a way better job.

Giselle and the main pharmacist were incredibly unprofessional. I was in line with several other people when they decided to close the entire pharmacy for 30 min for lunch. Instead of taking the people in line or cutting off after the last person, they said they'd take two people and that's it. I stayed standing there and Giselle looked right at me at told me they were closing like I had to leave. I told her I needed to pick up a prescription for my dad who has metastatic cancer so I have to wait the 30 min. She continued to be rude to me. I don't understand why they don't just take rotating breaks but more importantly they have terrible customer service. I managed retail stores for over a decade and would never have allowed my employees to treat customers that way.

Great place to shop. Team members always ask how my daughters are doing, as we've been shopping there since they were one and five years old, and now they're going to college in Barcelona.

Where is zero stars. This place is the worst. Always understocked and the staff is super rude and not helpful. You ask them to unlock something and they go to the back and disappear. There is product everywhere yet nothing in place.

The short bald pharmacist with the worst case of "little man syndrome" is the most disrespectful jackass I have ever met. He has no business working with the public. Cant believe he still has a job with his customer service skills.

CVS is a well stocked food, pharmacy and sundries store. Quality products and a wide selection. Service is not as good as it used to be but when you can locate a floor employee they can usually find your items.

Terrible, terrible, terrible, a month waiting for the medicine, they sent me to the other pharmacies to look for it to send it to them and then give it to me, I think I'm going to tell my doctor that I changed pharmacies.

CVS, somehow especially in Novato, are THE WORST. Completely unreliable, will cancel appointments with no availability for timely rescheduling. They can’t seem to fill prescriptions… why are they even in business?

If I can give zero stars I would. There are better cvs stores out there besides this one. I can tell management didn't really care for their employees nor customers. They say they take it to consideration but it seems like they don't? Not to mention for how long it takes to get prescriptions or assistance due to the short staff. If management maybe decided to help their team, the service would be better. When I am helped, I feel like it's rushed and not patient centered to where they are only focusing on you and not everything else.
