Horrible place! Owner kicked me out after several years of never paying rent late a single time. Often water gets in units, and mice a rampant in the units. Extremely bad dust and dirt issues too. Resident manager has made serious threats against multiple tenants, police have had to show up, and even the office workers complained about his mistreatment. Can not handle credit card or any other electronic or web based payment, you must show up and have them hand write a receipt. These are only the tip of the iceberg in 25 years of being a tenant there. Now moved elsewhere and very happy.

They don't answer the phone. There is no posted hours of operation. They don't even return your calls. This place is a joke

We have had a horrible experience with Deer Island Storage. They struggle to use email for communication. All documentation is managed by hardcopy in person. We experienced multiple billing errors. Worst of all, our storage unit let in considerable water, causing significant damage to everything on the floor. You should only use Deer Island Storage as a very last resort - and be prepared for the worst.
