The manager and the handyman have been very helpful. I have had several units and finally liquidated my old stored items. I was happy with the move-ins and happier with my move out. Great service. 24 hour access and some units with power is a huge plus.

Always a friendly smile when i walk in to ask questions or pay my bill. The facility is very well kept up and easy access to our units. Lights in storage units is default plus as it makes it easier to find pur stuff in the evening. Move in was easy aswell with the assemble gates.

We have two units at Ackley Circle: one 10x10 storage unit and one for our RV. We appreciate the cleanliness of the complex and the helpful staff. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other places. For us, having our belongings close by is an added bonus!

I paid for my things to be stolen. Left my RV in that place over a year ago. Last week they broke into my RV and took everything. And storage said it won't help me with anything. Stay out of this place

I’ve rented several units here, to include RV parking. This is one of the best storage companies and especially this location. It is immaculate, well maintained and offers amenities a wash bay and dump station. The manager and her employees are knowledgeable, polite and available. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Excellent storage facilities. Safe. Clean. And I really like stopping in the office every so often to chat with the employees each of whom are truly nice people and extremely Helpful. If anything needs a repair on the property, their handyman is quickly Available And always excellent assistance.

Ive been with them for about 3 yrs i think and my move in was fine it was clean its secure and everyones friendly in the office and id never choose another storage place to keep my belongings.

I had a great experience at this storage facility. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The entire property, including my storage unit, is impeccably clean. Access in and out is very convenient, and the pricing is quite competitive compared to other places. Highly recommended!

Heritage Boat and RV storage is superior to all others.
I like most people own too much stuff. When in need these people are the best.
Customer Service is Top Notch! On many occasions I had the need to either upgrade or downgrade from various sizes, depending on the amount of stuff I have.
The staff has always been professional and handles my needs over the phone… come on’ where else can you accomplish this without being in person?!?
I went from an 11x30 unit to store a pair jet ski's and you guessed it… stuff!
Then I went to a 12x40 for jet ski’s and ski boat, of course don’t forget about my stuff!
Now I’m remodeling my home and I’ve added a 10x10, for? Stuff!
Staff is more than accommodating and to top it off the self serve center (RV dump, vacuum, wash, high pressure wash (shaded) area is the cherry on top.
Nicely done Heritage!!!
