My insurance company selected this auto body shop based on the five star rating, however after scheduling an appointment and showing up there I wasn’t treated too well. I don’t recall the guy’s name who helped me but he lied and said the estimate would take 30 mins after 3 hours I never received an estimate, neither did my insurance company. Then when I called to follow back up I was told I should receive by the end of business, still nothing. Very unprofessional to procrastinate.

Excellent service from Rosendo Mejia, manager and the mechanics who did the repair of my car. They are very professional and reliable . I was able to pick up my car in time . I will recommend Chilton auto body to my friends and relatives.

CARSTAR has always been the place to go for our car repair. This last time Rosendo managed to keep us updated about when the car would be ready and when the day to pick up came, the car was spotless clean and even bothered to put gas in it . We were very satisfied and appreciate all the work they did for us. I would definitely recommend them 100% ! Thank you CARSTAR!!

I went to the store for a minor problem with my car, but no one helped and they told me to come back next week. The reason was that Chris wasn't there. Is the huge place looking at a man? I definitely do not recommend it. They were the ones who gave 5 stars in the comments. 👎

It's a very bad company. I've been informed for days but I haven't been informed. Their phones are absolutely unreachable. Don't choose it. You'll be disgraced with your own money. 👎👎
