Technician Austin is a rockstar! Polite, courteous- he diagnosed our problem carefully, thoughtfully and sensibly, and got our fridge working in less than one hour!

Very professional with reasonable rates. Once they determined we still had a warranty on the fridge, they advised us to contact the manufacturer as the repairs would be free. That is being honest so we appreciate that. I will certainly call them for any future repairs.
