We’ve had such a great experience with La Plazita II! The maestras are super kind and really care about the kids. They work hard to create a warm, welcoming place where my child feels happy and safe. I also love the family events they host throughout the year. It’s a nice way to meet other parents and build a community.
One thing that really stands out is their monthly themes. They’re fun and keep the kids interested, and it’s amazing how much my child’s Spanish has grown because of them. Every month, the new theme brings in fresh words and ideas, and it’s helped my kid become really fluent in Spanish in such a natural way.
Lupe is great too. She’s always quick to answer any questions I have, which makes things so much easier.
Overall, you can tell how much effort they put into the curriculum and caring for the kids. I’m really happy with how much my child has learned and grown here.

We love La Plazita! Both of our kids have learned so much there. Their Spanish is fluent and they are very ready for kindergarten. The teachers work so hard and are so creative. I can feel the love the teachers have for the kids, and they know how to work with all kinds of different personalities and developmental stages. The school end of the year expo blows my mind every time, and the graduation play and ceremony were so sweet. We've also really appreciated the community building and the quarterly parties they have for families. I highly recommend this preschool and we will miss it dearly.

Our son had a wonderful experience over two years at La Plazita. He learned valuable lessons from amazing maestras about community, kindness, and caring for the earth, through art, songs, gardening and more. Moreover he loved it and was happy when I picked him up, sometimes even asking “why’d you pick me up so early?” His Spanish is coming along well and he seems well prepared for his upcoming start in an OUSD dual immersion kindergarten. There end of year play in Spanish was awesome and my parents said it was the best graduation they’d ever attended. I’d highly recommend this preschool to anyone who asked.

Teachers are always so caring and nurturing of the children’s growth and development! All 4 of my kiddos attended and we couldn’t be happier!

Our two daughters have had an incredible experience at La Plazita III for the past two years. Lupe is an amazing leader of the school and we have felt that the care and education that our girls received has exceeded our expectations! From learning about the world around them, to sharing with their friends, and furthering their Spanish language proficiency, the experience for them was something that we'll cherish and remember fondly.

When my husband went for a tour of the facility he liked it and we decided to try it out. The Plazita 2 location is a terrible location. There were a couple of times where my son would come home and he'd tell me he was pushed by other kid. My husband spoke with the teaches about this and it seemed like it was not a concern. I stepped in and sent an email with pictures and we set up a meeting. It literally takes for pictures and documentation's to get someone's attention at this place. We discussed what we would do in order to prevent any incidents.. literally not even 1 moth after the meeting my son had another incident. He started complaining of his back hurting because another kid pushed him. As stated in the schools handbook, parents are to be notified for small incidents via Brightwheel, the application that the school uses. NEVER Did I get anything from this facility about any incidents my son had. Attached are photos of what has happened to my son since he was in this facility. This place will not document anything and any parents concerns will be brushed off. Attached are pictures of what my son has endured.
