First time getting a manicure here and I can’t tell that your nails will feel so good!!
The products they use are definitely 100% natural! I have done gel manicure before in other places and days later I had the feeling to wanting to get rid off the gel because it felt so heavy!! But coming here to Natural Nails is the best choice!! 10/10 recommended!!

Best nail place in the east bay!!! Staff is very friendly and the energy is great! Everyone is always laughing and smiling and I feel very welcome here!!! Definitely recommend and will be back for sure!!!

This is by far the best nail salon I've been to. Alice, the owner, is absolutely incredible. She makes it very easy to make an appointment and pay for services. She treats her employees very well, and the morale in the shop is second to none. Lucy is my girl, and she's AMAZING..I honestly cannot say enough great things about her and her work. They have a ton of loyal decade+ long customers, which says a lot to me. I won't go anywhere else.

Alice and her team are professional, friendly and dedicated to providing top notch service to their clients. Every single time I get a manicure or pedicure, my nails last a long time and never chip. They use high quality nail polish and supplies so your investment in your nails is well worth it. Alice and her team do a great job keeping the salon clean and tranquil. Delivering high quality services results in clients staying loyal to Natural Nails Plus for years. I was referred by a friend in the EB and I'm grateful to have found this local gem.
Tips: Parking can be tricky so allot time to find a meter on Grand Ave or snag a coveted free spot (3 total) in front of the salon. They also prefer cash or Zelle/Venmo so come prepared to save on credit card fees.

Soon as you come into the Spa, you are asked to wash your hands. The Spa was very well cleaned. Complimentary beverages are given and all of the staff were friendly, treating each guest like royalty! My leg and feet massage was EVERYTHING! It was not rushed, gentle yet therapeutic in nature. The music was soothing relaxing the mind. I really love this place, and I’m grateful I found it! It’s the best place I’ve gone to in Oakland! I’ll be returning regularly! Thanks Natural Nails!
Cleanliness: After each client leaves, the technicians made sure to clean everything used for each client. The restroom and all areas of the building was very well kept!

Great customer service, they run on time for appointments, polish consistently lasts for weeks, and most importantly they are tearing open a FRESH sealed pack of clean sanitized tools for every customer which is hard to find. Customers are a lovely mix of the neighborhood, mostly regulars, all are welcome. Worth the upgrade to the Spa level (Classic, Delux, or Spa) service for extra pampering and massage time! Highly recommend making an appointment as they are often full by day-of and can’t accommodate walk-ins.
Cleanliness: SO CLEAN! They are tearing open a fresh sealed pack of clean sanitized tools for every customer which is hard to find.

My first time here. I walked in for a pedicure and they took me right away. They offered me something to drink and asked I wash my hands. I really like the aesthetics of the inside, it’s clean, updated and has a modern and classic design. I was pleasantly surprised that just a basic pedicure came with a foot/leg scrub . Loann was extremely pleasant and didn’t try to upsell me (which I appreciate). I didn’t get nail polish, so she gave me a nice message in lieu. I’m definitely not going to my usual spot on lake shore anymore and this is my go to place for sure! Recommending this place to friends

My nails were in horrible shape from nail shops that use acrylic and gel with bad chemicals and not caring for the health of my nails. Fungus grew and damaged the removal of the application. Natural Nails has reversed all that with her nail cream and strengthener to get my nails strong and healthy again as they grew out from the damage. I love my nails now! They are healthy and beautiful.
