as i was installing the last mount for a roof rack, the bolt sheared off. i went to uptown to explain the issue to see if they can help with this unusual job. first, they didn't laugh at me. lauren and the team examined the issue, came up with a proposal and estimate. a couple of days later, they had my car washed and ready to go. not only that, they polished my headlight lenses! the folks at uptown are genuinely friendly and service-oriented. i will not hesitate to recommend uptown!

Work done one my car was excellent, they first gave me an estimate which was very low to fix my car and then went above and beyond and actually did a final coat of paint which would require removal of the bumper so they did a great job without having to remove the bumper I’ll always go to uptown. Plus, they have an espresso machine so you get a free latte if you wish

A wonderful shop!!! The last time I needed bodywork was probably 30 years ago. I went to Uptown then, and I remembered to go back now when my car was damaged. The service is really spectacular, organized, gracious, made so easy for customers and warm. The work was beautiful and done in a very reasonable amount of time. I would go back to Uptown just to hang out and drink a cappuccino in good company, and I highly recommend that anyone choose Uptown for truly excellent care of their vehicle.

I have had two autos repaired at this body shop. The cars both came back looking like new. The staff are extremely pleasant and efficient to work with and the workmanship was outstanding.

I'm not happy that someone hit my car but 100% happy that I was referred to Uptown Body Shop because they are the absolute BEST thing that ever happened to the world of collision repair! They were fast, responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and the easiest to deal with. Plus, their shop has a cool, hip, trendy gallery-vibe with interesting art all over. The minute I entered their office and saw a doggie water bowl on the floor and a beverage bar on the shelf, I knew they were my kind of people. And when I got my car back? I thought I got a new one. Perfect, perfect. Give them your business. Bravo, Uptown! Thank you, Lauren -- you're the best!

Uptown does excellent work and provides a seamless experience from the initial estimate through check-in and pick up. The waiting area is bright and clean with a full coffee bar and interesting reading; the time estimated for our job was accurate; and our car was returned beautifully repaired and sparkling clean.

Got a very thorough explanation of what needed to be done beforehand, which I appreciated. Regular updates right up till the time the car was supposed to be gone. Unfortunately the updates stopped when the work needed more time, and I had to keep calling to find out the schedule. This was a bit of a problem for us added also had a rental car to return.
Other than that, five stars.

Another vendor category for which you don't want to suffer repeat business, but Uptown and the whole team made my accident damage repair experience totally tolerable.
First, the work was excellent and the repairs are warranted for as long as I own my truck. Second, the staff could not have been friendlier and more attentive.
They worked seamlessly with Enterprise rental, relieving me of that hassle, and kept me informed of the repair progress, eventually delivering the truck back to me right on schedule. They worked directly with my insurance company and I basically did nothing after filing my claim.
I wouldn't want to have to return, but I definitely recommend Uptown to anyone needing accident repair work.

I had a wonderful experience with Uptown body and fender. The staff was both caring and informative.
They provided me the support I needed in dealing with the aftermath of the accident that caused the damage to my car as well as a thorough assessment of the repairs needed. Their pricing was fair. They are truly a community asset and I cannot recommend them more highly.
