Hands down, worst market ever been in. Prices are absurd, terrible product selection. Really, really bad. They should be kicked out.

Used to be a healthy place to shop while staying in the village. Now it seems to have become pretty mainstream with a lot of low quality products on the shelvesWhy does a grocery store promptfor tip when checking out? the cashier is just doing there job, no tip earned. lame

I just bought half a gallon of milk which cost me eight dollars do not go near this place. I can go and buy a burger in the village for similar price that I can pay around the country. How dare they charge that much. Four times what it would cost anywhere in the country. This place should be shut down.

The concept of this market is great- it's right off the mountain with a lot of options for basic grocery items/ snacks. However, the prices are outrageous. It's expected that off a ski mountain everything gets more expensive- restaurants, bars, etc... but this market has taken it to a whole new level. It's robbery.

For folks who are staying in the Village, Alice's Mountain Market is a great place to fill in some groceries but definitely not the place for full-blown grocery shopping. They have many of the food essentials from milk to eggs to cup o' noodles to pasta sauces to lunch meats to snack foods....you get the idea. They also have a bunch of drinks from bottles of wine to six packs of beers and sports drinks. Some items are very expensive relative to what I'm used to seeing (like eggs) and others, like sports drinks, are pretty averagely priced. They also have some grab and go sandwiches for people who are skiing or just want a very, very quick meal and other things like hand warmers.

Expensive (you expect a mark up for a ski resort but, their prices are ridiculous) with average to poor quality produce

The cashier was a bum and smelled like he hadn't showered in months. It must've been his jacket that had an LA logo on it.

Very friendly service and a pretty good variety considering the extremely small space they have. Convenient for grabbing a few groceries for the room while staying in Olympic Village.

As expected, small and overpriced. No worries. The off-putting thing: the lady behind the counter. There is a tip jar; and when you pay by CC, there is an option for a tip?!? I just paid 85 for not even a full day of groceries, then you want me to tip? I saw a young kid who probably works minimum wage here tip the lady. I guess it's expected. When I did not, the woman's demeanor changed and she said "you're welcome". Next time, I'll just drive 4 miles somewhere else. Ew.

The guy behind the counter says to me, " you done?" what a rude douchebag. Don't waste your time.

Everything you need on your stay at Palisades (or on the way home), and nothing else. Not cheap, but if you just ponied up for an adult day ticket, you already know that. Great selection of wines to boot.

Small space with lots of stuff. Was looking for charcuterie and sandwich items for a tram trip up to High Camp. Not knowing what was open at High Camp. Walked in the lady working did not acknowledge us, in fact walked into the back of the store. Salami and like items in the cooler were a poor selection. Some were to expire that day and some packages were swelling. Found some packages with cheese and pancetta. Some shelves were empty. Not sure if because of recent opening? Did pick up juices as well. Given....resort prices. If we were long term stays, retail grocery store.

Having this store within the "Village" is mighty convenient especially if you don't wish to plan too far for your trip to Tahoe. This place serves most essentials such as milk, bread and chips although it's worth calling out that they're way way more expensive than a Safeway/ Target

Been loving Alice’s since it was next to the post office. Wonderful selection for this all grown up hippy kid.
