The senior staff and management at this PUMA store will do everything they can to scam you out of your money. Here's what happened: The store runs a buy-one-get-one at 50% off promo all the time. My receipt shows the first item scanned at full price and the second item at 50% off. When I return one of the items, I expect to get the full refund at the price shown on the receipt. It is not the customer's fault that the store's system does not spread the discount between the two purchased items, and the return item ends up showing full price on the receipt. What the store staff and the manager decided to do is absolutely anti-customer-service. They actually went into the store to find the two same items as the ones on my receipt, from store inventory, and re-run the transaction so that the one I am returning is the one at 50% off, which forces me to pay full price for the one I am keeping and losing the entire discount amount on the purchase. Basically, punishing the customer for their flawed point-of-sale system. This kind of behavior makes me never want to come back to this store ever again, and if you value your money and want a worry-free shopping experience, without the fear of getting punished if you return your purchase, you should avoid this store as well.
