Tuki Tuki, the C. Montgomery Burns from the Simpsons looking Pakistani guy that works there is hilarious. We always make fun of him for his balding head and tiny hands. I almost kissed his bald dome on a dare but he's too fast. He's remarkably spry for his age.

Everything here is broken. If you want to waste your time, having to get out of your car and go in and hand them your card inside rather than using the pay at the pump like every other place in a civilized nation, go for it otherwise move on.

Their pump shows fake number. Normally I get 18-19 gallons with paying $87 where has more expensive price. Here I paid $100 to get 20 gallons but my tank shows 3 bars left which means it’s only need 15-16 gallons.My car burns 20 gallons diesel and normal runs 340-380 miles.I got 20 gallons here but only runs 250 miles. Big problem of the fuel and the pump

Every time I go to play the lotto there, the clerk says that the machine isn't working!! This has been going on for 2 years now!! Either they get the machine replaced, or if they don't want to play the lottery, then get rid of the damn thing!!!

The older man, not sure if he is owner or employee, but he is very rude. We suspect our ATM card was tampered with. Another time The pump would not spit out a receipt and owner denied us a receipt and closed and locked his door. He said he was closed. Very unprofessional! Price is decent but not worth the aggravation. If I could give Big E '0' stars I would.

I wouldn’t come here unless you want covid, the owner and his employees are against wearing masks, I’ve asked them every time I go in if they can put their mask on because it makes me uncomfortable and they just make fun of me, but we’re in a PANDEMIC! The guy that helped me today was coughing all over the place without covering his mouth, I’m never going here again! They don’t care about their customers safety, they don’t believe in the pandemic, it’s just not worth risking your health for cheap gas.

Went in to get Cash Back & possibly Coffee, Asked the "Attendant" who---was writing "Inventory" or- "Maybe the next Pulitzer Prize novel! I asked if the gave Cash Back (With the Purchase) my replied No....he directed me to (ATM) FEE $3.50 "I'll learn my lesson sooner or later. I get a small coffee as intended (I see a guy) just standing in line (I was about to Join him...Covid Social distancing style. I Thought I would be a good guy and let the "attending" know that he had customers waiting... he sarcastically replied don't worry about it I have eyes in the back of my head and proceeded to start arguing with the other guy who was waiting in line cursing at him apparently they knew each other and hated each other's guts?? It was 7:20Am way too early for all this cursing by line guy and mostly by the- "Short / bald/ ugly/ aka Attendant.... horrible- WORST Service....Even by "Orange County standards" STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

My first job at 15 was at the Big E. It had two sides, one for diesels with cleaning bays and diesel gas pumps and the other side for regular vehicles. My friend and I both worked there at the same time. Great owner at that time in the late 70s. I called today to see if he was still there and some extremely rude man answered the phone. Still gonna give it 5 stars because it was my first real job, I love my hometown of Orange and I don't utilize their services so I can't really rate it based on that. But yeah, dude was rude AF...haha....

The diesel is typically always cheaper than any other station in the area. I always come here to fill up my RV. High roof and fairly easy to get through with my 37-foot motorhome.
