Co-pay wasn't divulged up front, and was required to add a credit number to rent the machine. The mask never fit right, was extremely uncomfortable, and only lasted a few hours before I had to take it off. Returned it the following day (25 miles round trip each time through 'city' rush hour traffic....and over a month later get suprised with a bill for my 'copay' of $70, which will be auto deducted from the card on file (which was meant to be a security deposit, not cover future random charges). Spoke with the rep today and the "we divulge a copay for everyone" was great, while blaming the insurance.
I feels slimy to get a random bill, especially when it didn't work well.....and especially if they're going to auto charge my card on file (which really shouldn't be kept in their records).

Had a referral from my Dr for the equipment. After about 2 weeks I was informed that my insurance had approved it. Called and made an appointment to pick up the approved test equipment . The office was quiet. I was taken to the room and presented a form to agree and sign asking for a credit card credentials including CVC code! No consultation , no explanation of what equipping was getting.
I was told it was needed as deposit for the equipment to be returned. I was fine with that, but the form they wanted me sign had no mention of equipment security deposit, but authorizing them to charge the credit card as they feel fit.
Needless to say I wasn’t willing to do that as my insurance had already approved the use of what ever equipment they were giving me. So I walked!
Very poor and unprofessional customer service. They make you feel all they are worried about is the financial aspect.
Bad experience!!

Extremely poor customer service! Sells only 6 different masks. When I told them i wanted to reserve my prescription for medical equipment to get a better mask. The owner of the business came to guilt trip me that they are a “small business” to purchase a new mask that wasnt needed. Even after telling them those masks dont work.
They also debited my auto payment 6 months late without authorization and when calling to remove auto-pay rather than addressing my issue she asks when im going to pay the bill as if their improper management of billing is my fault.
Lastly when parked waiting for my appointment. An employee got back from lunch and asked me to move my vehicle since that was her unmarked parking spot Apparently, or better un apparently. Despite there being 3 open spots right next to where i was parked.
With that being said EXCEPT Jose! He is great!

Dishonest sales person claiming the pieces they send you are covered by insurance. Then they send you a bill. Buy your supplies on Amazon, this place is a complete scam. Lady who handles billing is never available.

Elite cannot perform medical bill8ng services. I constantly get full bills. They do NOT communicate with my insurance provider. My insurance provider sends them notices telling them exactly what they need to do, I need a prescription authorization and Elite ignores it and send me the full bill. When we call we get told the lady who handles billing is out and we never resolve anything.

I waited 2 months for paperwork processing. Calling them is no avail. The girl approving the paperwork seemed to always be busy or off. I am fully insured. Not sure what approval is required. No communication from the company at all. This is patient abandonment. Is that how a medical service provider care for a patient in need for a medical service? No sense of urgency for the patient's medical problem. If they can't provide the service, at least communicate with the physician so.

Elite always handles what is needed. A respiratory therapist, Brian, has visited me at home and even waited for me to return home when I was delayed on an errand. His professional services could not be better.

This poor excuse for a Medical Supply company is demanding I provide them a credit card AFTER they confirmed 100% coverage through Medicare and my Secondary Insurance Company. I am astounded that they have the nerve to ask for a credit card or refuse to provide the medical equipment prescribed by a doctor. They don't see anything wrong with demanding access to someones credit card when NO MONEY IS DUE. Others complain of excess charges by Elite due to this scam Maybe it will take a few complaints to regulatory agencies, Medicare, the state Attorney General, or a class action lawsuit to illustrate the egregiousness of their request. They want carte blanche to take money as they see fit. You don't owe anything now, But IF you ever do we can take what we feel is appropriate. They will accept a debit card- what a consolation - NOT A potential unexpected charge without notice putting me into over draw. I can see no good coming of this under any circumstances.

I really appreciate the time they have taken to explain to me, listen, understand, and solve a really upsetting conflict I had with their sales and billing department. They really showed me they care about their customers by behaving like decent human beings. I do hope they spread out the same spirit to the rest of the organization.

Latoya is rude and incompetent! this company keeps sending me bills for product I didn’t order. Then I have had to send them back, then I said they can only send me things that my insurance covers! Now I get another bill, I’m not going to pay it because I had an agreement that they would only send items that were covered under insurance. Now I have an outstanding balance with the due date and a threatening note that they will put me into credit unless it’s paid. I can’t get through to anyone there to help me get this mess cleared up! Horrible company!!

I called after waiting for a call from Elite for 11 days. The girl I spoke with, (name begins with an L) was extremely rude. They have ONE PERSON in the company to send out an agreement form, and I was told that person was out for another 6 days, and I would have to wait for her return, and then wait another week for the device to come. I decided to drive the 50 minutes each way in order to pick up the device for my husband, and although they were open for 2 and a half hours, it wasn't enough time to get a C-Pac device ready. It would have to be tomorrow. Since I had a doctor appointment the next day, I couldn't go until the afternoon, with traffic. She insisted I give an exact time, not about 3:00, but specifically when. I called back 2 hours later, and spoke with April, and she was able to find a note, but I wasn't put on the schedule. What if we were disabled and didn't have a car. What if this was life or death equipment??? I spoke with April the second time, and she had no answer as to why only one person can email a form.Horrible way to run a business, whose sole purpose is to help people with medical problems..

What happened to this company? When I received my first CPAP machine from Ken Potter years ago he was absolutely the best trained advisor. Fast forward several years and I'm due for a new smaller unit. I make an appointment with Elite and take a day off of work to meet with a new person named Brian. I asked for Ken but they set me up with this person. I was given a window of time and I waited patiently. I received a call earlier in the morning that I could not get to so Brian left a voicemail for me to call him back. I did call back but 3 times and each time he didn't answer and I was left with his voicemail that was full. He finally decides to call me at 340 pm to tell me he needs to reschedule the appointment. I explain to him that I specifically took a day off to get this done and he tells me to call the office and make a new appt. In all Brian did not take into consideration what I had done and waited for all day. The company called to try and fix the situation but I had enough and told them I would go through another company that is willing to take my excellent insurance. Bad customer service Elite and I hope that you learn from this experience.

Fast and easy pick up and drop off of a home sleep study machine. Location is a little tricky, as it is in the far back of a business complex.
