This had to be the worse pedicure and refill. The refill is so thick I'm going to have to go get it fixed and pay again somewhere else. The pedicure was less than proper. Used the scrub while soaking the gel off my toes and only on the front of my legs. Everything was watered down, or they immediately put my fee or fingers in water upon appling product. No time for the product to work on the callous or cuticles. The pricing was outrageous, charged me extra to trim the cuticles and did a terrible job, trimmed them after the polish was applied. Isn't that part of getting a manicure/refill? Charged extra to remove the gel before doing my nails. Asked if I wanted the same shape, "yes", but got big fat round nails. No waste your time or money,Service: Acrylic nails

I had a horrible experience here. I made an appointment because i had a gift card and am getting married. When I got there they said they could do what I wanted. I told them I was getting married and wanted them to look really good. It was going okay until the nail artist attempted to do the ombré. I kept trying to tell myself to trust the process and that maybe she would make it look better, but that never happened. When she busted out the jewels they had, i knew there was no way i was going to let them keep going. The jewels were tiny and sparse and not at all what I wanted. I told them I didn't like the nails and that I would have to go somewhere else to get them fixed and they still made me pay full price for them. I will never go here again.

I'm surprised this place has only 3 stars. Every time I walk by they seem to be busy. I decided to go and see for myself & it was a nice experience. I was a walk in but they took me right away (I was however there at 9:30am). It was clean and relaxing. I got a pedicure 35$ she added $5 to remove my nail polish. I didn't get anything extra. The pedicure included a 10 minute massage and she even set a timer to make sure I got the full 10 minutes.

The nail service was great! However...UNSAFE. Happy Nails on Chapman at Jamboree in Orange. Sign on door that masks are required. This lady came in with her daughter, entitled as all heck, and refused to put a mask on. They still did her nails and toes, and her daughters, while she complained about everything the whole time. I was using a gift certificate and was in the middle of my pedicure or I would have got up and left. I kept my head turned away from her direction the rest of my time there, and secured my mask, but talk about stressful! Never again!

I decided to give them another try, mostly because they are close and I didn't have much time. Last time I'll go. They are rude, up sell you even after saying no thank you....they continue....and then got very huffy when I paid with a credit card. You don't have cash? Nope no cash....

I did not get what I paid for. The older woman (i believe she is the manager) conned me into an extra $12 for the upgraded service for mani/pedi which was to include a 10 minute massage on both hands and feet. This same woman did my mani and rushed through it - no 10 minute massage--not even a 5 minute massage, and she was rather rude. The woman who did my pedicure was sweet; but, again, there was no 10 minute massage and my toenails were left rather jagged (very little filing after cutting) and my cuticles were painted too. The "special" callus remover they talk you into is a joke. I should have not paid the extra $12 and I am disturbed at myself for doing so and not registering my dissatisfaction. I have been to this Happy Nails salon on previous occasions, and the service was much better. Maybe it was just a bad day for someone. But ... Buyer Beware!! Don't be oversold and taken advantage of.

You people should really be ashamed of yourselves I'm letting all my friends know how you degraded & humiliated a woman who has lupus an autoimmune disease THAT IS NOT CONTAGIOUS & you refused her service because you are small minded people!!! Shame on you how do you people live with yourselves? I hope you go out of business & then you'll know that you only have yourself to blame! Grow up!!!!!

Great service! Brand new equipment and spa chairs, which made it a great experience. Overall, a 10/10, and would definitely recommend! Also, came here for an eyebrow tint and turned out perfect! Will be sure to come back again!

Considering the fact we are dealing with a pandemic right now, I definitely think I received 5 star quality from Happy Nails today. The nail shop has scaled back the services they offer due to Covid 19. There operations now take place on a patio like area in front of their shop. There about 3 stations in operation so you must make an appointment. I got a fill and pedicure and it was done old school style where the pedicurist brings a tub of water out and sits in a chair nearby. The quality of work was still very good. No complaints on my end. By the way, many of their locations are closed. So it is a treat to find a location that is open. Otherwise ladies, you we would have to get those press on nails that don't last more one day. Lol! I know I've been there and done that. If you're a flexible person with patience., this nail salon is just for you. You have to know that this is a makeshift salon until they are allowed to reopen inside. I'm very happy with the services I received today.

Honestly, I have never felt like such an outsider and unwelcome than this nail salon. I went in a few times before the Coronavirus shut down all businesses and they had no one in the salon and about four employees. I asked if I could get a full set and they all sighed like it was the last thing they wanted to do. An older woman finally agreed to do my nails reluctantly and preceded to cut my nail and make me bleed, I was about to say it's fine don't worry until she abruptly said I needed to relax and she couldn't do it if I wasn't still. I was confused, I had been completely quite and still so I just said sorry and let her finish. A full set costs $52. Even after I gave her a $5 tip in cash. Not sure what the extra $2 was for but I'm pretty gullible and just paid without asking. I don't know why getting your nails done went from being relaxing to being a very self-conscious process. This place does not make going to a nail salon enjoyable or relaxing.
