Eliam and his team provided excellent service and turnaround time. We asked for a couple of things on tight timelines and they delivered speedily and their communication was great. I never felt out of the loop, they were always accessible, and very easy to work with. I will definitely be a returning customer if we have another job in the future.

Impression Graphics has exceptional customer service and always comes through with awesome quality banners. We are from the Bay Area and always order through them for all of my daughters soccer banners. You will not be disappointed.

Butchered our soccer jerseys and almost forgot our order! Dropped off my daughter's soccer team jerseys and was quoted a one day turn around. It wasn't until 3 days later I had to follow up and they stated the order was ready. When I arrived to pick up, I had to wait over 30 minutes in person so our soccer team could have jerseys in time. The worst part is, they completely butchered some of the names on the jerseys. Some letters are faded, crooked and uneven. My daughter has a short, simple, common name and they managed to completely wreck her jersey. Some letters are darker than others, one of the A's in her name is cut out completely wrong.

Great Customer Service and FAST turn around! I ordered a soccer banner and the turn around time for a proof to print was less than 48 hours! I also realized I had made a spelling error that I did not catch in the proof and not only were they beyond kind and gracious, they were able to get me a new proof and printed banner in 48 hours as well! The banner looks terrific, the team loves it!

If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. I asked if they can make our table numbers, menu, and another signage for our upcoming wedding; I was quoted and I decided to give Impressions Graphics a try. I was told everything would be ready in 2-3 days; however, it has been almost a week and a half. I'm very disappointed in the fact that I had to call multiple times and follow up on when my product is ready. I finally received a preview on what my table numbers would look like, but they were still missing my menu. I waited for another preview hoping they can add my menu, but I never got a response and here I am almost a week from my wedding without any sort of communication. At this point, I'm going with another company that will help me out because clearly this place doesn't have the capacity to do so. For business owner- you need to follow up with your customers and their products especially for big events like weddings. It is very frustrating to not get any response for this amount of time. Don't waste your time in coming here. Nothing will ever get done at Impressions Graphics.
