I come to this location because of the great service and the quality parts. I placed my order online on Saturday for a Monday pick-up. I received the email to pick up the parts. I drove a fair amount of distance only to be told the part was not in. I guess I'll be looking for a new parts house.

I choose this location for its excellent service and high-quality parts. After placing my order online for a Monday pick-up, I received the confirmation email. Despite driving a considerable distance, I was disappointed to learn that the part was unavailable. Considering this experience, I may start exploring alternative parts suppliers.

I ordered a package of end link nuts in store. So, I waited for someone to call and tell me that the order was ready for pick up. Guess what? No one ever did. When I finnally went to pick up the order, I noticed that the package was partially opened and that one of the nuts was obviously used because it had grime inside the threads. I walk back inside the store (ten seconds later). I tell the store rep that one of the nuts is used. He then claimed that the nut was not used. I told him that the package was open. He notices that the package is indeed open. I said hey, I need two of the nuts now, can I get a discount? He gets the manager, a short guy, who claims that the package was sealed when he checked it. Basically he implied that I was lying or trying to commit fraud. So, he wouldn't give me a partial refund for their mistake and only offered a full refund. I told him that I needed two of the nuts now. He wouldn't budge and reiterated that the package was sealed when he checked it. I told him that he was wrong and that I would write a negative review because of the interaction.

I'm a fleet manager for a local transportation company and use Napa for my fleet's needs. (Sedans, SUVs, Limos, Sprinters, Mini & Motor Coaches). They always have what I need in stock and if not they can order it to arrive same day. Oil filters, heater hoses, purge valves, brake pads, coolant, batteries, they have it all.The reason I'm writing this review though is for GABRIEL. This man is always helpful and knowledgeable of vehicles and finding me what I need. It's pleasure doing business with him as well as the rest of the staff.

The old cliche if I child give this company -5 stars I would. Went online, added my vehicle, and looked up the parts I needed. Paid online and went to the location to pick them up.While there, I asked the store clerk if we could look up the part again to make sure because I wanted to verify the part I ordered was correct, then low and behold, the part I ordered was wrong. The part that was listed as a direct fit on the website wasn't even listed in their catalog for the make or model of my car. To add insult to injury, they can't refund my money because they are locked out and the manager is not in. Total joke and will never use them again.

This review is simply for the customer service that I received from Mr. Jose when I called. I asked him for the price of the product I needed and he absolutely refused to give me a price on what I needed. I told him I would hold but he simply would not quote me, period! We went back and forth while I asked in several different ways that I could just to get some kind of an idea of what it would cost then finally said between $10-$80 dollars and sort of laughing. But he would not go look for me. Honestly I don't think he even cares about his job because his attitude was such that he didn't want to be there. It was truly some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I called today for some simple direction. I purchased a pair of rotors and brakes in April. I finally got around to taking car to the shop to have brakes done. I was advised they were the wrong rotors. I called the Batavia store to ask what the policy on returns was and the guy I think he said "nacho" says "yeah there's a policy" I told him I ordered the parts online and picked up at his store. He said "2911 LA palma he says take it there it's corporate you bought it in line 2911 LA palma. I tried to explain I wanted to know what the policy was and that all I had was the email notification that my order was ready and picked up that includes order #. He said take it to 2911 LA Palma. Very unpleasant and not helpful. I contacted bthe store on la Palma and the Batavia store could take it back. I'm out some money and I would be ok with that if the guy would have been professional. Instead I felt u was speaking to ok a child. I will look for a corporate office to complain to also. Customer ls should not be treated discurteously.

I have been here a couple times. I kick myself in the butt for not taking names but a female helped me and she was super cool. A couple weeks later I had a horrible experience with som middle aged white man. He was probably in his mid 40's. Guy was on his period. I went in to pick up parts that I ordered and the dude asked for my order number. I didn't have one because I ordered over the phone. I told him it was parts for a specific car and he said "We have multiple parts for pick up,". I told him to look up my order and he did with an attitude. Not sure what his problem was but he's probably better off working back office. No customer service skills what so ever.
