This whole mall turned tout to be better than expected. I'm not a big shopper but my wife is (surprised?). She found stuff at this Nordstrom Rack for cheaper than the one we have in our town. We will definitely be back here sooner than later I think.

So apparently they don't have a cleaning crew that comes and i feel they use that as an excuse to not clean or keep up with restrooms. I guess they're not "allowed" to clean them restrooms but they can stock; Which they don't do that either. No tissue for any of the stalls and tissue all over the aisle where the shoes are. Unsanitary! Didn't like how I was treated by manager Josh. They never stocked after I mentioned it to manager Josh hours had passed by and nothing. It's a messy store all around. Employee said she doesn't go in the restroom cause it smells like shit and laughed off I don't recommend this location go anywhere else they're nothing like this

I would never waste my time at Nordstrom Rack ever again. I received a giftcard and code was scratched by me was told to go to the store to get a new card and apparently someone used it in March. DO NOT EVER BUY GIFT CARDS NO RECOURSE AVAILABLE! RETURNS ARE ONLY 30 DAYS SO I ALSO TOOK THE BITE ON ITEMS I bought online. Will never shop HERE AGAIN!!!!CHECK OUT ALL THE OTHER HORRIBLE REVIEWS

Ordered online but the item was not available once I arrived. Gabby and Anthony went above and beyond to find the item at another store and do a store to transfer as the other store was too far. Great customer service!

I have had two bad experiences at this store. Both issues happened when I returned some items. It looks like the employees at this store hate to process returns. The first time the employee was super rude. The second time two of the employees were talking bad about me as I was approaching the register to make a return I could hear them, I am not deaf. That was extremely unprofessional and rude. I spoke to the manager both times to report the issue. Honestly I will not be buying at Nordstrom Rack never again I had enough.
